The salesman kept in contact with me throughout the whole project. He was great the entire time and he kept things running. The guy who was in charge of the crew was great. Everyone did a very good job. It was very professional and they did a great job. I can only say good things about everyone. Every time I called them they would call me right back. Everything moved along very easily.

Everything was good. They cleaned up at the end of the day and nothing was leftover. The house looks great. Everything was really good and they guys that were on the job were really nice and good.

Better-Built Contractors did a great job from beginning to end. It was a big project and they worked with me the whole way through.

Anyone who is thinking about Hardie siding should know that the product is great. We had our upstairs A/C unit go out. It is currently 105º F, and our upstairs is 87º F. Before we had the Hardie installed, one of the bedrooms upstairs would stay hotter than the rest of the upstairs. We are very pleased with the efficiency of the Hardie siding.

They did the job in a timely manner. They were here every morning and they were hard workers. They'd stay until 7 and clean up after. They got as many nails up as they could, which is good.

From start to finish, a very excellent job! Any request I made was complied with the same day or next. Very, very professional. Responses to e-mails and calls, were very quick and satisfactory. These guys are good guys who do a GREAT job. They replaced old vinyl siding with Hardie Color plus and it looks like a new house! COMPLETELY satisfied. Have referred them to my brother who is an insurance agent. Hope they get a lot of claim business from him!

Overall, a great experience with Better-Built. I will contact them again for the next project.
