I would highly recommend BACK construction for their expertise and capabilities, plus their attention to detail. Also, I greatly appreciated their overall approach toward the customer and the job, plus their talents and work ethic.
They pointed out things that needed to be done and we went about going fixing it and it was unexpected and I appreciated it. They were extremely professional and worked well within our budget. Our insurance settlement changed and they worked with us to come up with another plan to work around our insurance settlement. They made it work! I completely trusted them to work here without me here. They were timely, professional, courteous and we never had to worry about anything. They made things a lot easier on us!

I was very pleased with BACK Construction. I didn't know anything about getting a new roof, so I had to go off of what they were telling me, and everything turned out wonderful. I can't say enough about BACK Construction, and I think that is because Brian made the experience so easy. There were three other guys that worked on the project, and they were all so friendly and polite.
I'm elderly, so I don't know about that. I might though, I'd have to think about it. My niece actually recommended Brian since he was the one who did work for her. He did a really great job, and he really took care of us both.
I would use Back Construction for any project in the future!!!

He takes pride in his work.We'd recommend working with Fergusons; Jennifer Clifton/Quality Stone Countertops; Karletta and Cara/ Louisville Tile; and Scotty at Pieratts as well as the folks who put in the seamless glass door in the master bath shower.
With one exception, all employees and subcontractors were very professional, courteous and went above and beyond to please us. Only one subcontractor lacked pride in his work and the work ethic I believe is expected from BACK.

Homebuilders, remodelers, real estate developers and home services companies pay GuildQuality for customer surveying and performance reporting. We refer to these companies as GuildQuality Members, Guildmembers, or members.
Our service helps Guildmembers monitor customer satisfaction and -- if they choose to publish survey feedback on our public website at guildquality.com -- articulate the quality of their service for prospective customers.
All of the Guildmember information we publish at guildquality.com has been provided to us either by the member (such as pictures of work and biographical information) or by their customers via one of our surveys (customer comments, performance summaries, and reviews).
All of the customer feedback that we publish is derived from the customers we survey. Our Guildmembers provide us with their customers' contact information, we conduct the surveys, they receive the feedback, and -- if they have chosen to make their feedback public -- the member's performance report is automatically updated to reflect the response. Members may choose to publish a summary of either all of their feedback or their most recent twelve months of feedback.
In addition to average performance ratings and survey statistics, GuildQuality also publishes two types of customer commentary: Comments and Reviews.
A comment has been provided by a survey respondent in response to any one of the survey questions we ask, and a member may or may not choose to publish it. Often customers provide unsolicited testimonials or compliments, and members can choose to share these comments in their published performance report.
Many Guildmembers choose to participate in our formal review process. These members have added an additional question on their survey: "If you'd like to provide a public review of your experience working with the Guildmember, please share it here." In contrast to comments, which a member selects to have published, we publish all reviews, provided they are at least 30 words long. With each review, we include a one to five star rating provided by the survey respondent.
