This is my first project and I did not know what to expect. Guy LaMarca made it as simple as possible for me and he was extremely responsive which I really appreciate and it helped me a lot.

I was just super pleased with everything. They actually got done early. They finished faster than they originally said they would.

My concerns were price and getting a design that would make optimal use of the space. I wanted a reputable company, where I knew that if I put a deposit down there wouldn't be a problem. I wanted a company that I knew was insured. I wanted to check references. I wanted someone that I would feel comfortable with having their employees in my home. I wanted a company that would listen to what I wanted, and I wanted a company that would give me advice on what would work best. They addressed all my concerns 100%. We spent considerable time in the planing stage before the contract was signed, and all my questions were answered and needs were met.

The main concern was project management and conception, the idea of conceiving how it would happen. They had the best plan! I felt confident of their plan from the design measuring to completion.

The construction site was kept dust and smoke free. Clean up was impressive. The work was professional. We would highly recommend this company.

Atlanta Design and Build employees have the utmost integrity and honesty. I would use them again and would definately recommend them to friends and family.
