My concerns were price and getting a design that would make optimal use of the space. I wanted a reputable company, where I knew that if I put a deposit down there wouldn't be a problem. I wanted a company that I knew was insured. I wanted to check references. I wanted someone that I would feel comfortable with having their employees in my home. I wanted a company that would listen to what I wanted, and I wanted a company that would give me advice on what would work best. They addressed all my concerns 100%. I love all of them! We loved David, but I don't know his last name. While they were taking care of working on the bathroom, he noticed there was a crack above the door in another area of the house and went ahead and fixed it. He knew that we had two small children and he was just very thoughtful. If he had the time and he didn't have to charge us, he would have gone around and fixed everything in the house!
