We initially hired Assurance to do our kitchen and we were most impressed. They brought in an architect to make sure things were in appliance with the original construction. They X-rayed the floor so they knew exactly what was under it before approaching the plumbing. I was also very impressed with their design expertise. The floor plan that John brought forward was great, and the counter top element he designed looks like something right out of design magazine. On top of all that, it was not very expensive. They were kept communication open the entire time, and they did exactly what they said they would do. We were out of town for part of the process and they emailed photos to us so we never felt like we were missing any information necessary in order to make decisions. They followed through on everything they said they would do.
