The install was very disappointing and, frankly, angering. We have shared pictures of how the inside of our walls surrounding the windows were left. One window was measured incorrectly or ordered incorrectly and it was too small for the wall opening, but was placed anyway with tons of insulation to make it fit. All the raw edges of Sheetrock and insulation were left exposed inside the hous around the windows. One window was supposed to have obscured glass on the bottom and clear on the top but came with obscured on both panes.
We have made numerous phone calls to Champion to try to get these issues resolved. Finally got the clear pane glass but still waiting for the correct window size to be delivered on the other one.
The windows themselves seem to be good but time will tell.

Windows are much more affordable than their competitors. The quality and appearance of their window are great. Also, their installers were efficient, professional, and cleaned up nicely.

I didn't get the window cleaner I was promised.

Sales team were very good but installation team,(Juan, Ivan and Angel) were fantastic! In and out in just a little over three hrs and with a super job completed.

I appreciated having a direct connection to my installation lead.

Window installation was great, but windows came with streaks and dirty between the panes of all 5 picture windows and 1 panel of one other window!

Be more careful to not damage things. Hire a true carpenter for wood cutting and installing.
