WR Martin Company serves the Metro West and Greater Boston regions. Finish carpentry, kitchens, bathrooms and additions are the projects we concentrate our business on. We will also install windows and doors and decks. William Martin began this company in 2009, after 15 years working as a site supervisor for two high end residential remodeling companies in Boston and surrounding communities. With over 30 years experience in residential construction and a compliment of dedicated specialty trades, WR Martin Company will work with you and for you to answer your remodeling needs. We take on one project at a time and pride ourselves on keeping budgets and schedules on target.

Bill Martin simply knows what he is doing.....his attention to detail and follow through are hard to find. The work he has performed added richness to my home that wouldn't exist if I had anyone else do this work.....Bill's work is just amazing.

We were extremely satisfied with how Bill carried out two remodel projects for us. His workmanship is exemplary and his attention to detail shows through in the result. He also kept to schedule and kept us informed through the entire process. We highly recommend Bill and his company.

Bill was very attentive to what I specifically wanted. He went out of his way to fix something that needed to be fixed. We started in the late fall, but couldn't finish because it was too cold. He followed up in the spring to finish it. I didn't even have to call.

roof vents placed behind 4ft walls in finished attic dont do squat for ventilation. no place for soffit vents, siding is asbestos so gable vents too pricey.

If the space behind the knee wall is clear from end to end and you install gable end vents at each end then that would keep the eaves from freezing and causing ice dams.Make sure the knee wall is well ... read more
