So many broken promises on timelines. Every element had to be completed three times because either future contractor damaged prior job or done wrong. Window installed at the wrong height, ceiling plank pattern installed in two different styles, wrong doors ordered AND installed anyways. I had to identify most issues myself. Not the type of poor quality I expected

From beginning to completion, the team at Maricol performed above & beyond my expectations. This is the reason I will highly recommend Maricol over & over.

The pricing is not transparent at all. Even when specifically asked the question the company will not give any detail on pricing. Also was told the initial bid was high and the pricing would come in lower. In fact the pricing came in higher.

From the design option session with Enrique, planning phase with Alice and Mark, and to completion with job manager John Bixler, the whole process was smooth.

The project director was always on the alert to any next steps or issues, always responded promptly and took are of what needed tending to.

It’s always a pleasure to work marrokal team. We have made several recommendations to friends over the years.

One of the primary reasons we selected Marrokal was the assurance that we would be able to virtually see our design selections through their unrivaled software before construction began. Unfortunately that never occurred. We feel the project under-delivered on a key promise that influenced our decision to move forward. It has become difficult to explain to others why we do not have a picture of our design. We share pictures of the layout and then explain that the cabinetry, flooring, countertops and lighting do not reflect our selections.

We have been Marrkal customers since a complet design and remodel in 2007. When we recently needed a major repair, we called Marrokal and no one else. We are overall very satisfied with our experience with Marrokal. Having a project manager oversee our remodel was smooth and consistent. From the designing with Steve Walton and Alcie Thomas, to the final inspection, we were always notified of any changes or issues. Steve and Alice were patient with us and made sure our requests were heard and implemented. The contractors were pleasant and professional. They cleaned up after themselves and left the construction site clean and tidy at the end of each day. We truly appreciate our Project Managers, Frank Balistreri, and Casey Core, as they guided us through the whole process with patience and professionalism but also made us feel like family. Last but definitely not least, our home remodel is gorgeous! We never want to leave the house! You all did an outstanding job! Thank you.

Too early in the process to make meaningful assessment

The recent service has been great. However the experience I had during the project and things I recently learned that were done poorly in the job keep me from being able to recommend for a remodel. That is the problem.

Open Ended - Project Manager - My project manager was a very nice person. He was considerate about us staying in the house and working around our schedule. We appreciated that. He was a very personable person. I truly believe he had my best interest. We were not just a number or money sign to him. Our project manager truly wanted to make sure we were happy with the home. That was really important.
