There was no pressure to buy the top of the line. Everyone was very friendly and happy to help answer questions. The workmen were very polite and did their work quickly and efficiently--no goofing off, sitting around, making phone calls. I really appreciated how the house was protected indoors with plastic sheeting on everything before the work started, then was vacuumed when the job was done. The yard was cleaned up by hand so no scrap or shred or nail or anything from the job was left to show work had been done. This shows they care about doing an excellent job.
I was pleased with everyone's work. They all deserve praise for their professionalism and attention to doing their best.
They picked everything up. Even my wife, who follows everyone around with a vacuum cleaner, couldn't find anything.
They even improved upon my suggestions, so I can't say that they fell short.

Throughout the entire process, Larry and the Gutterman crews paid careful attention to details. They clearly value quality craftsman ship. Larry dropped by several times to check on the status of the work, answered questions, even helped clean, even though that wasn't his job. I would use them again for any service they offered.
