Bravo to Tom Coan and the CASE team for their work in expanding and updating our 1950s retirement home. What a joy it is to work with a knowledgeable team who listens to clients, values integrity, good craftsmanship, is conscientious and timely. Thanks to these skilled, organized, honest renovators, we are enjoying a light filled, well functioning new kitchen, master bath/laundry and family room. The icing on the cake is their successful solutions for the issues uncovered by our home inspector and problems identified during the demolition phase. CASE gets our highest recommendation!

I am sad to say Case dropped the ball. What could have been a great remodel experience was lost due to inability to fix a problem (2 mirrors next to each other were crooked) in a timely fashion. Not returning my calls and a huge mess in an area they had access to that was left with over 2 inches of debris. Just another contractor that took on a small job and let it fall by the wayside chasing bigger projects.

Case Design did a great job in listening to what we wanted to accomplish and worked with us to give us the remodel of our dreams. The staff and sub contractors did an outstanding job in doing what they said they would do in the timeframe they said they would do it in which made us very happy. We are very pleased with our project and will be using them again for additional projects.
