Comments
In response to our customer satisfaction surveys, homeowners share lots of comments about construction quality, communication, or any other question asked in the survey. Guildmembers can selectively publish these comments here on their profile page.
Reviews
Reviews are different than comments. These are star ratings that homeowners ask us to publish, and they come with a written description of the type of experience they had working with their contractor. We publish all of the reviews we receive: positive and negative alike.

I am satisfied with the service that Brennan's Custom Painting provides, along with the quality of service they give you and Craig. Craig is a great person to deal with, he makes you understand what is going to happen in the process and he has great ideas. I would recommend Craig to anyone.

Brennan's Custom Painting's staff were prompt and efficient. They had very good suggestions on color choice, and they kept to the timetable that they promised.

The biggest mistake you can make is to focus on price. Interview people that have had a custom home built. Ask them, "what would you do different?".... there is your answer of what mistakes to avoid!
