However, with such a wide variety of product, pricing, and locations we actually have quite a few "move-down" and second and third home buyers as well.

As owners of Sabal Homes, we are Carolina natives, so we truly care about quality of construction, the environment of our great state, and the way we interact with our customers. We are from here and plan on staying here, so we are not going to do anything that would compromise our reputation.
