Currently, Dienst Custom Homes employs 20 people. With the DCH team, each client receives personal attention from the Construction Manager, Project Managers, Selections Coordinators, Estimating, Purchasing and Accounting departments. Ben and Jocelyn are both heavily involved in the day-to-day design, build and oversight for each home.

Jocelyn Dienst of Dienst Custom Homes takes customer service to the next level, working closely with clients in every stage of the home construction process from design, to construction, to closing. Jocelyn brings a wealth of experience to the custom home industry, including successful backgrounds in general contracting, real estate and finance. Additionally, Dienst is passionately committed to the community participating in activities associated with Make-A-Wish Foundation, Habitat for Humanity and local schools.
