The representative, Orlando Perez, was professional and informative whereby my decision to have the work performed by Roche Roofing was made as a result of a feeling of trustwothiness & sincerity which he portrayed. The tile setter, Hector, worked efficiently and professionally always willing to discuss any concerns I had in a very polite manner.

The representative, Orlando Perez, made himself available at all times responding promptly to all questions and any concerns I had throughout the project. He ensured that all provisions in the contract were followed and ensured that I was able to view many jobs in order for me to make the best decision in choosing the color/make/style of tile I wanted.

Follow up, they are great with giving you a time and they call and let you know when they are on the way. They were here when they said they would be. The day they were coming to do the work my daughter had to go to the hospital. I had to call Orlando at 7 am and I was able to cancel the appointment at that time. He later called me back to see how my daughter was and reschedule. That kind of customer service is not usual.
