What's really impressive about these guys is that they develop a relationship with the service providers that any homewowner may have engaged in during their time in the home. That includes new construction or the purchase of an existing home. The first thing that they do is understand all elements of the house - Who sold you your windows and doors? Lets look at the warranty on those items. Who sold you your HVAC system? Lets look at the warranty there...etc. Nautilus will directly engage the provides of these goods/services and make them stick to the warranties under which the items were delivered. Who has time for that?? Nautilus does - and the amount of time and money they have saved me is amazing.

There are a lot of general contractors out there and I interviewed my share. Through that process, I began to learn how unique Nautilus Company is. Before even signing a contract, we thoroughly discussed our perspectives and expectations of the project including the professional relationship. A great deal of integrity was established through these authentic meetings allowing me to feel confident of my decision to enter into the partnership. I use the word partnership with intention. I was consistently confident that I would be kept well informed and consulted as necessary once construction began. Communication lines were always open and flowed freely. I was further impressed that the professionalism displayed by Nautilus was also expected of the subcontractors. It was clear that a positive working relationship existed between Nautilus Company and the subcontractors. That was exhibited in meeting timely schedules, correcting any issues that arose rapidly and a consistently clean job site.Without hesitation, I would work with Nautilus Company again.With pride, I would recommend them to family and friends.

Communication, communication, communication. I always had Nautilus' ear and was confident of rapid response. Home renovation and addition can be very unnerving. Nautilus did their best to make it an exciting and pleasurable experience.
All of my positive expectations were met. Often they were surpassed. Nautilus did their best to follow through on all discussions we had during the interview process, a time when a buyer must gauge integrity carefully.
Due to sub-contractor error there was a difference in quoted fees. Nautilus handled it professionally and was willing to accept what we agreed upon so not a big deal.

Homebuilders, remodelers, real estate developers and home services companies pay GuildQuality for customer surveying and performance reporting. We refer to these companies as GuildQuality Members, Guildmembers, or members.
Our service helps Guildmembers monitor customer satisfaction and -- if they choose to publish survey feedback on our public website at guildquality.com -- articulate the quality of their service for prospective customers.
All of the Guildmember information we publish at guildquality.com has been provided to us either by the member (such as pictures of work and biographical information) or by their customers via one of our surveys (customer comments, performance summaries, and reviews).
All of the customer feedback that we publish is derived from the customers we survey. Our Guildmembers provide us with their customers' contact information, we conduct the surveys, they receive the feedback, and -- if they have chosen to make their feedback public -- the member's performance report is automatically updated to reflect the response. Members may choose to publish a summary of either all of their feedback or their most recent twelve months of feedback.
In addition to average performance ratings and survey statistics, GuildQuality also publishes two types of customer commentary: Comments and Reviews.
A comment has been provided by a survey respondent in response to any one of the survey questions we ask, and a member may or may not choose to publish it. Often customers provide unsolicited testimonials or compliments, and members can choose to share these comments in their published performance report.
Many Guildmembers choose to participate in our formal review process. These members have added an additional question on their survey: "If you'd like to provide a public review of your experience working with the Guildmember, please share it here." In contrast to comments, which a member selects to have published, we publish all reviews, provided they are at least 30 words long. With each review, we include a one to five star rating provided by the survey respondent.
