Firstly, I really liked this guy Mike who came in. He took the time to come in and sit with us, took photos of our problem, and I thought that was great. We chose him over the other three people we interviewed. We really liked his approach, and he wrote it all down so we could clearly understand all the details. None of the others took photos of the problem or even acted as interested as Mike did. He must have spent an hour with us where the others may have spent five minutes before giving a quote.

I'm totally satisfied with them.
