ICON Remodeling

We found ICON Remodeling by accident we are so glad we found them because they are very professional and they communicate very well. Their communication is better than most people we have contracted with. I would recommend them to anyone.

ICON Remodeling

Before I knew ICON I was concerned about the trustworthiness of the contractor and their subs. Once I found ICON it was so wonderful to have trustworthy subcontractors who you know you can rely on to show up when they say they will and do what they say they will. All you hear is horror stories about working with remodeling companies and ICON is the best. They are so awesome and I wouldn't go with anybody else. I have more to do on my home and I wouldn't go with anyone else.

Comment Remodeling Concerns Salt Lake City, UT Jun 24, 2011

Structural concerns were an issue for us. I think they did a really good job of getting permits and making sure things were of high quality.

Comment Remodeling Concerns Heber, UT Jul 15, 2010

Our situation involved a long distance remodel. We are working overseas, so would have to communicate mostly through e-mail. We also had to trust that the contractor would do what he promised he'd do, and not take advantage of us being out of the country. ICON understood our fears and was very responsive to our e-mail queries and kept us posted with regular updates (photos and written) as to how the project was progressing. We were billed on a pay as you go basis, which seemed fair.

I would and we do. ICON Remodeling deserves many accolades for the beautiful home they provided us with.

Comment Construction Quality Salt Lake City, UT Jul 14, 2010

Throughout the remodel process, and to this day, we have received many compliments about the craftsmanship of our home.

Comment Additional Comment Salt Lake City, UT Oct 28, 2008

ICON has made our home into the best retreat. We enjoy the kitchen so much we're rarely eating out now. Even my sister who has criticized ever space we have lived in has stated, "This is the best kitchen ever." The kids love the bath because it's set up well for them (and us). And everything was done timely. We don't think there could be a better remodelling experience.

Comment Area Of Satisfaction Salt Lake City, UT Oct 28, 2008

ICON listened to what we wanted. They didn't try to change the design unless it would improve functionality. As a result, my kitchen is the best kitchen in the world (seriously) and the bath is a beautiful little spa. We're also very happy with the craftsmanship and the communication.

Comment Remodeling Concerns Salt Lake City, UT Jul 31, 2008

This is the 4th or 5th project I have done with them, so I already knew what to expect.

Comment Value Salt Lake City, UT May 24, 2008

We are thrilled with the quality of the workmanship on our house. Another remodel in our area was (in my opinion) not built nearly to the standard that our addition was.

Comment Expertise Salt Lake City, UT May 24, 2008

We presented a challenge to Icon, we were on a strict budget and wanted a major renovation. They were able to guide us as to how we could accomplish our goals.

Comment Additional Comment Salt Lake City, UT Mar 27, 2008

We liked them so much we'd use them again. I think they did a fabulous job and we are enjoying it very much!

It was a very pleasant experience. I would do it again without hesitation.

About GuildQuality and our Guildmembers

Homebuilders, remodelers, real estate developers and home services companies pay GuildQuality for customer surveying and performance reporting. We refer to these companies as GuildQuality Members, Guildmembers, or members.

Our service helps Guildmembers monitor customer satisfaction and -- if they choose to publish survey feedback on our public website at guildquality.com -- articulate the quality of their service for prospective customers.

All of the Guildmember information we publish at guildquality.com has been provided to us either by the member (such as pictures of work and biographical information) or by their customers via one of our surveys (customer comments, performance summaries, and reviews).

Surveys, Comments and Reviews

All of the customer feedback that we publish is derived from the customers we survey. Our Guildmembers provide us with their customers' contact information, we conduct the surveys, they receive the feedback, and -- if they have chosen to make their feedback public -- the member's performance report is automatically updated to reflect the response. Members may choose to publish a summary of either all of their feedback or their most recent twelve months of feedback.

In addition to average performance ratings and survey statistics, GuildQuality also publishes two types of customer commentary: Comments and Reviews.

A comment has been provided by a survey respondent in response to any one of the survey questions we ask, and a member may or may not choose to publish it. Often customers provide unsolicited testimonials or compliments, and members can choose to share these comments in their published performance report.

Many Guildmembers choose to participate in our formal review process. These members have added an additional question on their survey: "If you'd like to provide a public review of your experience working with the Guildmember, please share it here." In contrast to comments, which a member selects to have published, we publish all reviews, provided they are at least 30 words long. With each review, we include a one to five star rating provided by the survey respondent.

Important Information about choosing a Builder, Remodeler, or Contractor

We make no predictions, warranties or guarantees, expressed or implied, about the quality of any work a company on this website may provide. GuildQuality does not accept any liability whatsoever for any harm that might result from any statements presented on this website.

Prospective customers should weigh a multitude of factors when choosing the right building company, and never depend on a single source when making their decision to purchase a home or hire a contractor.
