The areas are great. The clubhouse has great accessibility, and we are still in growing mode.

I really do like the floor plan and we have come out of a 5000sq ft home down to 1890sq ft and we are adjusting. But we wanted a one level with not as much responsibility as a large home.

Location, maintenance free, environment, helpfulness of staff

We lived in a big home, and at age 80 it was too much for us to take care of. We wanted a place that was smaller, with nice amenitites. When I settle in, I'll be very happy living here.

It's been a great experience! Some of my friends would like to move here, but they have houses they need to sell first. I have two friends that would definitely move here because they like the atmosphere, the quality of the houses, and the floorplans.

I like the exercise room the most!

They always have since I've been here. Everything that they said they would do, they have done.

We think it's an amazing concept. I think people should be standing in line to buy. I have a Canterbury and it is so spacious and we love the sun room.

I'm just real happy. I think it has gone slower than the Bakers had anticipated, like everything. I think when they started it they thought they would have everything sold w/in a year, but the market is so stagnant. Being in the first space, we just hope that the other spaces are able to sell in a timely manner. We've had building going up around us for the last 10 years, and now we're moving into another building area. They have advertised so well and have had like "Get to know your neighbors" functions, a brunch, they are having local businesses coming in on the 29th, so they have really done an excellent job with advertising.

I would like to give an A++ to Diane and Terry Baker. They have been wonderful.

They have gone above and beyond the call of duty. The builders, Diane and Terry Baker, are very attentive and professional and try to meet our needs in a very timely manner. I appreciate them and I'm so happy they decided to build Hamilton Gables in this area.
