Kenny Schmidt is phenomenal. I've never worked with anyone in building that has done as good a job as he's done. He's honest, very responsive, very truthful and very reliable. He is very good at making the customer feel that they are being taken care of. I give him the highest marks.
Itanza Johnson - Itanza is an outstanding sales representative for Weiland. She is extremely professional and consistently kept us informed and on track throughout the entire build process. I would recommend her to anyone looking for a home at Braeburn. She is absolutely the best in her field.
Tim Poff is fantastic. He's been really responsive both with the closing and post closing. He has been very helpful. Every time we ask him for help he goes out of his way to help us by finding us a contractor or offering some other solution. He represents the company very well.
I would recognize Tina Wiggins. Had it not been for her, I wouldn't have continued being interested in John Wieland homes. She knows exactly when to push and when not to push. I dealt with her for maybe six months before I committed. Most real estate people would have driven me crazy before I could make a decision, and Tina was excellent about that. I would highly recommend her. Since the sale, Jason Berger has also been awesome to work with. They're a great team.
I was most satisfied with price per square foot. Also, it was good feeling like I knew who John Wieland was, and I didn't think they would bankrupt. I trusted they were behind it.
Overall, I had a great experience with John Weiland homes. They had great builders and exceptional service. I would definitely recommend them to a friend. They have the best clubhouse by far in the Raleigh-Durham area.
The team at John Wieland has worked diligently and exceptionally thus far in the building process of my home. They have been an absolute pleasure to work with and we have appreciated all of their hard work and input.
It was an exceptionally great experience. Everyone at John Wieland homes, from the salesperson to project manager, all worked with me to help me build my house. I am very likely to recommend them to a friend.
Our overall experience was very pleasurable. It went quick, nice, and smooth. There were no surprises and the follow up service is very competent, timely, and professional. We love the house.
I would like to recognize Paul Byrd at John Wieland Homes & Neighborhoods for his exceptional service. He did a great job. Everybody that I have came into contact did a great job.
What a great experience we have had with John Wieland Homes. We've been able to see the quality from start to finish. The staff has been wonderful too. We are very pleased with the house and can't wait to move in.
The sales staff right off the bat is a step above every other realtor/builder staff we've come across. What makes you more comfortable is that they have the personality ans skills to make you feel reassured. That is important.
I love the layout, especially of the kitchen. My wife couldn't be more happy with it.
Laurel Cockfield - great experience with the purchase/showing of the homes.James Felder - very good to talk with and discuss construction and answer questions of the construction
Location, quality (standards) and ability of Sales person to address our needs
Yes, Jeff Pritchard. We can't say enough good things about Jeff. He was very responsive and quick to address every concern and subcontractor mistakes. He has also been kind and attentive with all the follow-through items and wants things to be done right.Yes, Rebecca Crosby. She was very thorough, detailed, and patient. She has a lot to do with the time allowed her. She was also flexible and changing a couple of things. She always had a good attitude.
Everything has been wonderful! Overall, I am thrilled.
My experience with John Wieland Homes has been one where I have been satisfied. They took care of everything so in the end result, I have what I need. I'm happy here. I'm satisfied with the house.
We are very satisfied. We wouldn't think twice about buying another one.
It is exceptional. I love Waybridge.
For a company that was named the best of the best in the Charlotte market, John Weiland homes has fallen hard from where they once were. The quality was unsatisfactory and the workmanship is mediocre at best. I am constantly encountering arguments about how things should be properly fixed. Many aspects of the home were made to only outlast the warranty.
A great house from a floor plan standpoint. It is a pleasure to be in a community that is laid out in a pleasant way and provides a lovely environment.
The homes and landscaping at Rivercrest were beautiful. The community also included all of the neighborhood amenities I am looking for, tennis, pool and workout center. The house I purchased included all of the amenities I needed as well, plus a flat backyard; although I wish it had a fireplace--then it would have been perfect.
Geoff Bristol, the building contractor, did an exceptional job and followed through on everything he said he would do. We watched the townhouse being built and it was an exceptional experience. We moved in and absolutely love it. We couldn't have asked for anything better.
Mary Ann Dumke did a very good job and has always been there for us to answer any questions.
I am very pleased with the purchase of my home. I have been very happy since I've moved in. I am pleased that I chose this house to be my home for the next 30 years or so!
The value of the home and the John Wieland Home name was what helped me chose Legacy.
They were very helpful from the beginning, especially the first project manager. The model that we got was a new model that they were debating on putting in. We really like it. We got a timely response and I appreciated it.
We were pleasantly surprised by the quality of the home we bought in Dunes West. We were a little leery of buying a new home but the combination of quality, amenities and style made the house a superior value over the pre-existing homes we looked at. Coming from northern NJ, we knew we would get more home for our dollar by moving to South Carolina but the value we realized in the John Wieland home substantially exceeded our expectations. To say we are happy customers would be a spectacular understatement.

Homebuilders, remodelers, real estate developers and home services companies pay GuildQuality for customer surveying and performance reporting. We refer to these companies as GuildQuality Members, Guildmembers, or members.
Our service helps Guildmembers monitor customer satisfaction and -- if they choose to publish survey feedback on our public website at guildquality.com -- articulate the quality of their service for prospective customers.
All of the Guildmember information we publish at guildquality.com has been provided to us either by the member (such as pictures of work and biographical information) or by their customers via one of our surveys (customer comments, performance summaries, and reviews).
All of the customer feedback that we publish is derived from the customers we survey. Our Guildmembers provide us with their customers' contact information, we conduct the surveys, they receive the feedback, and -- if they have chosen to make their feedback public -- the member's performance report is automatically updated to reflect the response. Members may choose to publish a summary of either all of their feedback or their most recent twelve months of feedback.
In addition to average performance ratings and survey statistics, GuildQuality also publishes two types of customer commentary: Comments and Reviews.
A comment has been provided by a survey respondent in response to any one of the survey questions we ask, and a member may or may not choose to publish it. Often customers provide unsolicited testimonials or compliments, and members can choose to share these comments in their published performance report.
Many Guildmembers choose to participate in our formal review process. These members have added an additional question on their survey: "If you'd like to provide a public review of your experience working with the Guildmember, please share it here." In contrast to comments, which a member selects to have published, we publish all reviews, provided they are at least 30 words long. With each review, we include a one to five star rating provided by the survey respondent.
It is important to note that GuildQuality does not endorse the qualifications of any company. We make no predictions, warranties or guarantees, expressed or implied, about the quality of any work a company on this website may provide. GuildQuality does not accept any liability whatsoever for any harm that might result from any statements presented on this website.
Prospective customers should weigh a multitude of factors when choosing the right building company, and never depend on a single source when making their decision to purchase a home or hire a contractor.
