I thought that they did neat work. They were flexible, and made a good effort to get it done under harsh winter weather.

The two gentlemen that came by about the roof. Chris Springer and Chris Mock went out of their way to make sure there were no leaks. They went into the attic and climbed ladders. I was very impressed.

Rick Ramsey & his team did an excellent job installing our new kitchen countertops & backsplash. He stained our new over-the-microwave cabinet & even added the hardware from our old cabinet making it a nearly perfect match to our existing cabinets. Because of the age of our house, Rick had to apply the clear caulk on part of our countertop thicker than normal. It never turned clear, so Rick has agreed to replace it with custom-tinted caulk which we found online (at Erie's expense). He won't consider the job done until we are 100% satisfied!

The salesman was very knowledgeably and cooperative. He gave us a good deal, and an easy set up. The installation crew kept things clean. The product looks like its in good shape.

I was satisfied with the speed of the manufacturing and the installation of the windows. It was quicker than I thought.

The area where I was most satisfied with Erie Construction Midwest was I loved the way they came and did the job quickly. They were gone in a couple of hours.

The installers were super. They were really nice, polite, and easy to get along with. They did a great job.

I've had a lot of remodeling experience, and so much of it hasn't been done well. This was done very well. I didn't have the sense that, oh my gosh, they're not doing anything that they said. I was very pleased. I was most satisfied with the type of product that they put on to help seal the house and prevent the heat escaping through the roof. A couple of years ago there was a company going through Madison advertising for this type of product, and theirs was like tin foil. This membrane is much stronger, and in my opinion, it's going to be a longer lasting thing. We have it on the outside walls of our attic. It's not getting a lot of wear and tear. I feel better about it that it might actually last, whereas this other product wouldn't have been worth it. I'm glad I waited.

I was satisfied with everything they've done. I can't think of anything I'm not happy with. We had a party this weekend just to show off my house. Everybody is teasing me because I'm so proud of it.
