My biggest concern was the cost, but they had multiple options at different cost levels.
I was glad that they had a lot of choices of materials.
They were only late because weather got in the way.

Les Jones explained the best product for my home, and I did not feel rushed to make a decision. Once I placed the order, the time it took to produce and install my windows was roughly 6 weeks - well within my timeframe. I found everyone to be professional and very knowledgeable when the windows were installed. I would definitely recommend Egret Windows to anyone considering replacement windows for their home.

Our Egret Windows product was everything that it was advertised. The workmanship was very professional and exceptional. The service people were excellent. We are very happy that we decided to get this screen door installed and recommend Egret Windows highly.

My husband has given a couple of neighbors some brochures.
Some concerns we had, were about how heavy the plate of glass was going to be for the door (the door is very big). Les said he was going to help us since we are older.
Les got us a bigger color chip than in the brochure. It was a very pleasant experience with Egret Windows and we have already recommended them to other neighbors.

I am most satisfied with the quality of the windows that we chose. I am also very satisfied with the very good workmanship of the installers. This is the fourth job I have done with Les Jones. Egret Windows is always responsive and timely; they always respond to my questions.

My 1927 home needed storm windows, and I didn't want to have to be changing storm/screen all the time. Egret came up with the perfect solution: storm windows which could be opened and had screens. They were installed quickly and professionally.

Worry about possibilities in an older house, and about whether I'd be open/remove storm windows in summer. Egret found storm windows which could be opened without being removed!
Knowledgeable, flexible, able to understand my needs (storm windows) and find the best solution, which was better than my original expectation. Presented two different alternatives.
