Designer Builders is one of several builders permitted to build in Cedar Creek. We spoke with many and all are professional and talented - and build very fine houses. Todd showed an extra interest and dedication right from the design phase and we knew he'd be with us through closing and afterwards. I will always feel very lucky to have found Cedar Creek and Designer Builders.

Todd ensures all work is done to perfection. And while he involves the highest level professionals he understands that quality must be continually monitored. He works closely with his employees and contractors. Virtually every contractor I spoke with had only the highest compliments for Todd and the Designer Builder Team. Todd also worked closely with me in the initial design of the house - this was the fun part. Toddhas an incredible ability to visualize the finished product and his design ideas were just awesome.

This is just a suggestion: during the electical walk thru we planned for cable hook up inside the house. This would also be a good time to involve the cable service to consider wiring needs outside of the house before the driveway and walkways are poured and landscaping and outside lighting is in place. I may have overlooked this step but, it was not part of completing the walkthru and this would have helped me.Unfortunately it was over 3 weeks before the cable, internet and land line were functional (and cell phone service is very poor in the house). There were many delays while the cable service approved the lot for service and completed the wiring. I had to insist that they not run the wires across my lawn or under the driveway and pathways. So if I were to do this again I would make sure that this were address much earlier.

They're on the preferred builder list for our developement and they sent introductory materials to us as soon as we purchased our property. They were the only builder who did this.

Responsive to questions/ problems so things that could have been a major problem were addressed and dealt with before it got to that point and we always came away feeling satisfied with the resolution.

They did not fall short of expectations in any way. Only suggestion would be to have some sort of checklist for things that are our responsibility so they can be addressed in a timely manner -- e.g. when to contact cable TV provider so burial/ installation can be done before lanscaping goes in, when to contact POA for mailbox, etc.
