Mark and Gary bent over backwords to satisfy us and continue to do so. 110% positive experience and we will have them build our next island home. Just a couple quality issues we've had with the home which, in my opinion, are the subcontractors fault/failures(inferior outside paint/priming, inproper vacuum system wiring and poor water pressure upstaris). We highly recommend Debark. They were very professional from day one where they walked us through the whole process...down to their plans for temporary power and timetables for our cabinetry, flooring, & color choices. They kept meticulous records and took the time to explain where every dime went...which we really appreciated. They were very responsive and told us exactly what changes we requested would cost along the way so we could make a more informed decision. They are also very honest, responsible & have pride in their product. For example, we agreed upon and ordered a window that we later decided would fit in the space we had planned but would be tight and not look as "grand" as it should unless the ceiling was vaulted. Debark made the changes necessary and absorbed the extra cost of the vaulted ceiling simply because we liked the idea and they knew it would look better that way, even though it wasn't in our budget.

We have surveyed customers on behalf of Debark Fine Homes, Inc. in Isle Of Palms, SC; Lane, SC; Sullivan's Island, SC; Cjharleston, SC; and Awendaw, SC.

In this report, Debark Fine Homes, Inc. has published a summary of the customer feedback they've received since they joined GuildQuality in April 2005. In that time, 23 out of 25 customers (92%) responded to a GuildQuality satisfaction survey, with the most recent response in January 2007.

About GuildQuality and our Guildmembers

Homebuilders, remodelers, real estate developers and home services companies pay GuildQuality for customer surveying and performance reporting. We refer to these companies as GuildQuality Members, Guildmembers, or members.

Our service helps Guildmembers monitor customer satisfaction and -- if they choose to publish survey feedback on our public website at guildquality.com -- articulate the quality of their service for prospective customers.

All of the Guildmember information we publish at guildquality.com has been provided to us either by the member (such as pictures of work and biographical information) or by their customers via one of our surveys (customer comments, performance summaries, and reviews).

Surveys, Comments and Reviews

All of the customer feedback that we publish is derived from the customers we survey. Our Guildmembers provide us with their customers' contact information, we conduct the surveys, they receive the feedback, and -- if they have chosen to make their feedback public -- the member's performance report is automatically updated to reflect the response. Members may choose to publish a summary of either all of their feedback or their most recent twelve months of feedback.

In addition to average performance ratings and survey statistics, GuildQuality also publishes two types of customer commentary: Comments and Reviews.

A comment has been provided by a survey respondent in response to any one of the survey questions we ask, and a member may or may not choose to publish it. Often customers provide unsolicited testimonials or compliments, and members can choose to share these comments in their published performance report.

Many Guildmembers choose to participate in our formal review process. These members have added an additional question on their survey: "If you'd like to provide a public review of your experience working with the Guildmember, please share it here." In contrast to comments, which a member selects to have published, we publish all reviews, provided they are at least 30 words long. With each review, we include a one to five star rating provided by the survey respondent.
