I really like the floor plan.

Carrie is always responsive, Kevin is very freindly, and Dave is a very hard worker.
Bonus room (we converted it into an entertainment room), open layout with clean and contemporary (but not over-the-top) fixtures and amenities. Everythings is beyond expectation.
Quality of craftsmanship, attention to detail.
Features that would normally be upgrades in other homes are standard at Abbey Road, such as the granite countertops and hardwood floors throughout the main floor. Also appreciated are the high ceilings and quality materials.
The location of Abbey Road coupled with the first-rate quality of construction.
Kerri Dreke and Dave (sorry, his last name escapes me), who facilitated my orientation. Dave, especially, was extremely knowledgeable on matters of construction, installation, etc.

Michelle has been a great help to us from the first time we met her. Answering all of our questions very quickly. Thanks Michelle.Dave and Keri also have been a great help with small repairs around the house.

Higher spec level of the house.
We would like to recognize Dave Holte for his attention to detail in addressing issues with our home, and Kerri Dreke for ensuring that our concerns and warranty work are handled very promptly. In addition, we would like to thank Mike for being a great site manager and being considerate of the residents during construction.
The overall quality of the homes they build is exceptional and the buying process from material selection to the home orientation were excellent. Every person we have been in contact with has been very personable and very professional.
I like the thermostats being in each room so we don't have to waste energy for the whole home. Everyone that has been to our home loves that idea! I like the long driveways we have, since most townhomes have small driveway space...I love the open kitchen and the space it has.
The features that I like the most are the thermostat that can be individually set in every room, the tankless water heater, and I really like the set-up options available. The standard options were very good, so we really didn't have to make any upgrades.
I think everybody. I worked with Michelle and with Mike, and all of them are very professional and very good.
