Yes, definetly would recommend Window Nation. From sales, schedueling to install the whole experience was great. Jason in sales was very informative and thorough when explaining the entire process, our window options. The install crew was very efficient, and friendly. We've referred Window Nation to a couple of others.
I have been trying to reach someone to get information on my request to get the caulking redone for my new windows. I get no response. If there is anything you can do to help me I would be grateful
The Window Nation installation crew that arrived at my home worked very hard the whole 8 hours it took to remove and replace my windows. They were courteous and professional. There was excellent communication by customer service and all the departments.
The installers were very curious and professional. They did a great job. We also liked the sales rep Charlie White for giving a great presentation! We were looking at four other companies and decided Window Nation was the best for the price we paid.
While the quality of the windows are good, the installation wasn't done right as there was still gaps causing leaky windows. If they promise you a gift card, don't expect to get it when they say they will.
I loved how every step was communicated to me and all of the appointments were on time. It was a very smooth experience!
Window install sucked, had to order new windows.,,,Not happy
The service was good. The entire process was seamless.
Good company
up front on everything on questions i asked

Windows dont lock after our first month..
Ruthann Jordan
They were very professional.
All my neighbors are asking who did my windows and looking to get their work completed. I have now met three new neighbors who just moved into the neighborhood because of my project.
Great work! Clean, friendly, thorough!
I need to wait to see how window are doing before I could recommend. I need more time to see the quality of my windows.
Process easy. Windows are good quality and affordable. Company kept me updated by emails through all processes. Loved the ability to tour the warehouse to see windows first hand. Installers are subcontracted. Ours (Kevin Compton) was very skilled and respectful of the property. Used the high quality products as promised by the company.
The company came out to measure my windows. I waited nine weeks and the windows did not fit because they mis-measured them. I waited another three weeks. I received three windows one of which was supposed to be tempered glass. I didn't receive the tempered glass. Now, I have to wait for a new window to be made, delivered, and installed. I couldn't reach the salesman. His voicemail was always full and I couldn't leave a message.
01/15/24 We were so happy and thought that we made a right decision and picked the right company for our window replacement. Our salesman explained all information about the service and the quality of the window and even said that they would do the spray for mold without any cost. We then decided and purchased a picture window without grids.
2/29/24 Window Nation installers came but brought a wrong window. We purchased a picture window without grids but installers brought a picture window with grids. We tried to talk to installers but they did not understand us bc they speak mostly Spanish. We then contacted the store and reported it to an associate who then blamed on my husband and said that my husband told the employee that did the measurements to change from picture window without grids to picture window with grids which was not true. My husband only signed the paper which showed that he came to the house and measured the window. My husband also mentioned that he even asked if he could take pictures of the window from the back of the house and he husband agreed with it.
I explained on the phone and that associate told me that she would let the branch manager know and he would call me back shorty.
I then received a phone call from branch manager who told me that he could have installers install the wrong window temporarily while waiting for the right window to come. We declined it bc we only wanted the window that we ordered.
Branch manager then said that he would reorder my window and would let me know.
3/1/24 I contacted Window Nation and talked to another associate who told
me the employee that did the measurements went to the back of the house and took pictures of the window and saw other windows have grids so he changed the order himself. I still think that it’s so crazy and he has no right to change any orders without our approval. The associate rescheduled for installation on March 18.
3/18 Installers came and rushed thru the whole process. They came about 11:45-11:50 am and finished it by 12:55 pm.
The quality of the window is ok. The left corner of the window. Between the glass the insulation came out which still bother us when we look at it.
The service/installation was definitely the worst:
1. The installers cracked all of corners, around and inner of the window frame. They also pulled out a big piece of wood from the window frame and did not fix the window frame before placing the new window.
2. They sprayed (foam) insulation from the outside but did not fix the hole/space that they pulled out a piece of wood from the window frame. I placed my hand there and felt the cold air from the outside even after they sprayed the foam insulation from the outside.
3. They did not clean the window well before caulking around the window. So the bottom corners of my window have mixture of dirt and caulking.
I asked an installer who worked inside the house and pointed at the space where he pulled out a piece of wood from the window frame. I asked him about the cold air from outside and the caulk that mixed with dirt. He looked at me and looked at the window then ignored me and did not say anything and continued his job.
4. The measurements/spaces from the bottom of each corner of the window were way off and not equal and when I mentioned to the installer he said “We do everyday . It’s normal”. Then I showed it to my husband and pulled out my measurement tape and showed him. The installer did not say anything and within 5 mins he spoke Spanish with other installers and unscrewed the window and banged it out more to make sure the space of each corner was equal.
5. My husband then remembered about the spray for mold which we need it badly since our old window leaked and water came inside the house. We talked to the salesman who told us that they would do the mold spray for us without any cost. The installer told us that “Vinyl window no need. Wood window needs mold spray.”
6. They used nail gun to nail my window frame in place and did not fill the nail holes with caulk then asked me to sign papers for them and told me and my husband that they finished. I declined to sign paperwork and told him we are not happy with it and he said “Why?” I explained to him everything and he did not understand so he called the service manager come to talk to us.
Service Manager came. I believe that his name is Stacy. This man definitely had attitude the whole time. He had excuses with everything for his installation team.
When I mentioned about the Insulation between the glass . He said it’s normal and it’s just an insulation.
When I mentioned about the wood frame and how damage it was. He said that it’s a normal process for removing the window.
When I mentioned about the cold air from outside that I felt with my hand . Stacy had attitude and laughed at me and said that “There is no way that you can feel the cold air from the outside even with the spray (foam) insulation. I literally had to stop him and told him “ Sir. You were not here and you did not feel it but I did. I put my hand right at that area and felt the cold air”.
I then mentioned to Stacy “I tried to talk to your installers many times and asked them questions and asked them to fix things but seems like they don’t understand what is going on.” Stacy then told me that “you know some of them are the cleaners” and told me they are here to clean so they don’t speak much English. I am sure they are not cleaners. They are the installers who removed my window, replaced it and caulked the window and do others things.
My husband then mentioned about the spray for mold and mentioned that the team did not do it. Stacy paused for a second and raised one of his eyebrows and then made more excuses and said that pretty much we don’t need it.
My husband mentioned about nail gun and nail holes. Stacy then said that he wondered why they used the nail gun. I told him that your guys messed my window frame badly so they nailed the window frame back where it was before. Stacy then said “Oh well! They did you a favor then”. I stopped him right there and told him “Sir. They did not do me a favor. They just tried to fix their mess that they created. And they did not even fill the nail holes with the caulk”. Stacy then has more attitude and said “but this will not stop you from not paying”. I then told him “I have not said that I don’t want to pay. All I want you guys to finish your job right and we want to get what we pay for”. Stacy then call the team and told them to finish what we asked them to do and we paid them and they left.
The salesman told us that the installers are well trained and very professional but they are sure Not. They rushed the whole time and unprofessional and I really don’t want them to be back in my house ever again.
From what I can tell, everything was done great. I could feel a draft coming through my old window, but I don't have any draft coming through my new one.
They did a good job.
I was not impressed with their service.
Mike did my presentation and it was very thorough and excellent! I was definitely impressed and the pricing was lower than expected which was a bonus!
The work was done very quickly and professional. The installers were professional and fast. They did a good job and we love the end result.
