I was impressed by the professionalism, knowledge and experience of all the people we interacted with during our project. Our experience was excellent because they were open to our ideas but also provided expert guidance in bringing our project to life. No delays or errors, I would highly rate system pavers for reliability and hassle-free completion of the project.

The project management was horrible. They were supposed to put in chases for future electrical work and irrigation. There was a plan and it wasn’t followed

Our initial contact with System Pavers was in 2013. Our front lawn area was converted to artificial turf. We were extremely satisfied with their work, and in their follow up later when maintenance was needed. Because of their commitment to customer satisfaction, we decided to contact them for the dirt/lawn area located at the back. Once again, the entire process of updating and beautifying the backyard was excellent.
Absolutely no hiccups! From the initial visit from Maria Emmett to the final signing with Ricardo Garcia, we were pleased with the work done.
Demolition to completion took a total of four days! Gonzalo was here each day and had help from 1-3 men.

The company is good, but I had a language barrier issue.

I would recommend System Pavers because they were nice to work with, from the designer to the project manager. The actual crew was really nice, and they finished our small project one day ahead of time. Everyone was communicative at all times, and we didn't have any issues.

The customer service was great, the workers were respectful and efficient.

The design consultant did a fantastic job. He was very thorough, helpful, and the workmanship was top quality. However, in doing the job, their ruined a portion of my lawn and did not do a very good job in repairing it. I had to pay a contractor almost $1,000 to get it repaired properly.

Project went very well without headaches. Very professional job. Glad to recommend .

I have yet to have my project completed. It states completed but totally false. I have been in contact with project managers to finish this project and there seems to be a delay in urgency. How could I recommend to anyone when my project remains unfinished and nearing a year in progress.
