We are giving Scarmazzi Homes a five out of five for my likelihood to recommend them to friends and family. Their professionalism, attention to detail, and the high quality of construction are outstanding. Additionally, the beauty of the homes and the various options available for upgrades and customization have truly impressed us. Scarmazzi Homes has not only met but exceeded our expectations, creating a living space that feels both luxurious and uniquely ours. I would confidently recommend Scarmazzi Homes to anyone looking for a reliable builder who truly understands the art of crafting a beautiful and personalized home.
Always loved their home designs. Very spacious and makes one level living so comfortible. We would highly recommend not just to a friend but to anyone interested in single level living.
Well designed single family homes with lots of options. Friendly, helpful staff able to answer all of our questions or found answers, very responsive.
When Jim and I first decided to build a Scarmazzi patio home, we both were able to face the necessary elements of the building development. However, during the process of building, Jim needed two surgeries which interrupted our total involvement. Looking back, everything was a blur; yet, somehow we pulled through. Somewhere along the line, I did not realize that our future dwelling was to be ready for move-in mid-January. Moving during the winter is not comfortable, and Jim is currently undergoing another operation. I foresee that our total move-in will take a few months. I hope the Scarmazzi staff remains patient until we are fully settled in our future dwelling.
The purchase process was informative and easy. The design center was wonderful because you got to see the things before you purchase them. we took as much time as we needed to make decisions on critical parts of our build.
I have dealt with only professional, knowledge, friendly people from beginning to closing. I've never dealt with a more organized and efficient company.
This is the first time I have ever built a home. Building a Scarmazzi Home was a positive experience and I am happy I did it. I love my new Scarmazzi patio home! It's beautiful and the living is easy! I highly recommend Scarmazzi Homes if you are thinking of downsizing and/or building a new house.
Would definitely recommend Scarmazzi because of the beautiful quality built home we purchased.
I would recommend Scarmazzi to a friend. Overall, our experience has been favorable
Not likely to recommend Scarmazzi at this point, until our issues are resolved.
I will happily invite my family and friends to visit this community.
The homes are beautiful and well built. There’s a feeling of community with friendly people.
50/50. Upgrades are way too pricey for the product you get. Lot premiums prices unwarranted. To me, most lots are similar. Upgraded shower is very cheap. Could have done a much better job ourselves with a quality shower door and the pan for the floor. I know many people who actually toured this property and thought units were over priced. Again - different strokes for different folks.
YES! (...and without hesitation!)
We would be open and honest with anyone who asked us about our experience.
In general Scarmazzi pretty good company, their floorpans are unique and interesting. Still had few issues with the house which mostly were resolved in the timely manner. Had to remind few times though to come and fix some things.
I haven't lived in my house yet, so it is hard to say for sure.
They need to come and take care of the lawn.
We absolutely love our home, they are a very quality builder.
We are thrilled with our new home. It exceeds our expectations. Thank you!
We have had a very positive experience with Scarmazzi Homes so far. We are looking forward to moving in in about one month There was always progress on our home. Sometimes we would ride by on the weekend and workers would be working. We were surprised and happy to see that
The entire process of building with Scarmazzi Homes has been much smoother than expected. The team works well together to ensure a beautiful product in the end. Whatever you need, they get it done!
i am disappointed with the construction process but am still hopeful that the quality and final product will be satisfactory.
A large gap between drywall and countertop was simply patched with cabinet trim. I was told this is the proper way to finish because I didn't choose the upgrade cabinets. A few other things, thresholds were not attached. But they were glued down quickly after we moved in. Our lawn looks terrible, just rocks and branches everywhere. We will have to get a real landscaper. Also there is an odor coming from one of the drains that can't be addressed apparently.
have already done so
