Starlight Homes is first time home buyer friendly
I was so impressed, I have already recommended my sister who went ahead and bought the house right across the street from me. Best value for the money I've seen in a while. Rented for 2 years while I searched.
Starlight offers sizable homes for market prices though the construction and quality are questionable. The sales team (Chris Goodsell!!) was awesome as well as the construction manager...but the builders clearly rushed through the process and there were many unnecessary / unsightly mistakes. Building materials and paint also leave much to be desired. Starlight definitely has potential but has missed the mark in quite a few areas.
competitive pricing
I went to a few different builders DR Horton, lennar, check out Mungo and my realtor referred me to check out Starlight. After getting payments and interest rates and down payments from multiple places I was very impressed with how much lower the monthly payment and interest rate and down payment was over here at starlight. Also from the other places I have seen I do believe the quality is a little nicer here and seems like the customer service is top notch. HOA has not been an issue as it's the first one I have had and everyone here seems really friendly so glad we choose starlight.
Barbara was an amazing resource for my wife and I and explained things very thoroughly and simply.
So far I LOVE my new house! IMO buying a brand new built house is the way to go.
We were very pleased with the sales agent, Barbara.
Very impressed
My home-buying experience with Starlight from the time I entered the sales office to present day has been exceptional. My salesperson, Caleb Young, was very knowledgeable and helpful. Without his encouragement, I would not have even tried to purchase a house as I was convinced I would never be approved for a mortgage. The construction manager, James, not only made sure my house was ready when I closed, but also gave me pointers during my walk-through to ensure I knew how to maintain the home. My experience with the lender, Robert Reid, and his assistant, Zoe, was also great. I appreciated the frequent communication about my loan application. Overall, I was pleasantly surprised at how smooth the whole process was. I have been in my home for about 6-7 weeks, and I love it! I have no complaints at all. Thank you!
Starlight Homes' price point was good. I do have some quality concerns.
Did not know so much of the development was being sold to a rental corporation. I feel misled and deceived that this information was obscured
The team from Starlight Homes was very courteous, and they made the closing very easy.
I love my new home! Issues have been resolved very quickly. I will and have recommended Starlight homes to my friends and co workers.
Great communication skills! Made the entire process so easy! No stress at all!
Jarred, the builder kept his word on fixing everything.
Exceeded My Expectations
I have already.
Easy and quick process, very happy to start our family in our new home.
The entire process was professional, easy, and enjoyable.
honestythe house wa sbuoilt too quickly and poorly, people now have problems, people moved in less than a month ago and alreayd have air conditioning here, drainage n aour bacylkayda absooulutely horrendous, trying ot get fixed since moved an dsitll not fixed .
They did everything they said they would do when they said it would be done.
The communication was perfect! Everything was explained throughly and follow through was timely
The area is beautiful and quiet.
The quality of the build is junk. My kitchen cabinets are falling apart. I have been in the house for two months. All of my floors have been installed incorrectly, and everyone in the neighborhood is fed up with the floors. I paid $300,000, and you would think we would have wood on the floors. It's all been a giant bubblegum circle. My shower head swivels a loose. Dealing with the HOA and get information on what you have to do to put up a fence is insane. It's been two weeks back and forth and been getting little bits of information. I just found out I have to notify the city to get a fence. We were told that all the fiber has been installed, but instead I have lines/wires running through my yard. This is a bubblegum wrapped home on a slab built for $800,000 by illegal immigrants.
