I ordered my windows in February ( I was promised a six week delivery) and after much passing me to person to person to person--on the phone, who offered me excuse after excuse, I finally received my windows in August. The inside color of the trim was not done and I had to again wait for it to be finished. I believe my problem was that I paid cash and had no other recourse to fall back on.I will not do business with NEWPRO in the future for my roof, siding and remaining windows walk in tub, etc.
