Snow carried off a rain gutter that Classic Metal Roofs had reinstalled after installing their roof. I called them and after a couple of phone calls back and forth they never resolved the problem. It seems to me they ought to have reinstalled the gutter more firmly. I finally got up on the roof below the gutter and fixed it my self. I'm 72 years old and have back problems.

Classic Metal Roofs, LLC   This review is about a gutter. We are not in the gutter business. We do not sell nor do we install gutters. This gutter in question was a small piece of gutter that my foreman agreed to reinstall at no charge to the customer. When the client called this winter , we were closed down due to ice conditions. Everyone was closed down, work was impossible. I told the customer we would take care of the gutter when we got back to work. He did not want to wait. I'm sorry but we do not put our workers at risk. This customer never mentions anything about the beautiful roof he has, or how it performs, just that his gutter fell off , something we never contracted for to begin with.
