Recognized Excellence - I would like to recognize Mike Houk, Kevin Watley, and LaShonda in the closing department. Those three went hand in hand to resolve any issues in a very timely manner. Mike was out initial contact for point of sale in the Pensacola office. Tim, the superintendent, was very helpful. We did not talk to him much. He was there in the beginning and in the original, initial set up. The builder was exceptional.
