We went through 4 separate builds over the course of almost 3 years. This experience and the first 3 crews were awful.

The windows did not meet my expectations. I was not aware of how wide the sides would be. They really limit the actual clear window space and reduce how much sun light comes into the room. I don’t think I would have made this purchase if I was fully aware of that before purchase. Also, the grid on one of the windows was not squared. It was slightly tilted and drives me a crazy when I look at it.

Do better on site survey before proposing solutions and provide material and labor cost breakdown of proposed plan.

I can’t say enough about the customization importance for the space. It was an outside porch so it is not level. The room is beautiful and fits perfectly.

When I ordered the door they had a great model of the door and all the benefits. The installer was fantastic and very conscientious. The price was reasonable and they assisted in getting the HOA approval

After seeing flyer after flyer from Patio Enclosure I finally decided I'd call to have someone come out and estimate what it would cost to only enclose an existing covered patio 24' x 22'. Meaning, I only needed 3 sides glassed in, along with 6 custom cut pieces of glass to go up front for the gable section. My wife has been ill due to a heart condition, so I really wanted to get her the sunroom she always wanted. So I really wanted to close the deal sooner rather than later. Now I wish I had at least gone out for 2 other bids. I'll provide my reasoning below.

You currently owe me money and will not respond to my calls or emails. We were provided the incorrect service that was lesser than what we contracted for and were promised a refund. It has been several months and have received no response to my requests for refund status.

Leafguard provide quick, professional service from the beginning to the final inspection.

For such an expensive product they sent a new guy with no supervision to do our build. The guy didn’t cut the pieces on the trim properly so there were gaps in the window frames on almost every panel/frame. The screen door also had all kinds of visible bends on them upon installation. After day four of the build, the guy just left without cleaning the windows and sliding door tracks. Left all the shavings inside the patio and left trash in the yard. The supervisor ended up coming to oversee the work the next week and come to find out, the guy who did our project with no experience is no longer with the company. Instead of the company trying to reach out to fix the wrongs, I was having to figure out when they were going to come back via text. So all in all, for the price and the service I wouldn’t recommend at all.

Overall the experience of working with Patio enclosures was good. Errors (some major) did occur but were corrected and dealt witth on a professional basis.

I would strongly recommend Champion because you are literally getting the highest value possible for your money. Do you want professionalism and high quality, combined with good communication and respect? This is the company you want installing your windows.

We had an excellent experience with our sunroom project from start to finish.

Timing seems to be a problem with this company. It takes a long time to get it done. However, the job is beautiful.

I absolutely love my Patio Enclosure ! It has become my favorite room in the house, and I spend about 90% of my day in it.

I did experience leaking issues during the first nine months. Jennifer in Customer Service was extremely responsive to my concerns, and the service technicians worked diligently to resolve the problem. Although their initial efforts were unsuccessful, management and the engineering team continued investigating and ultimately determined that the windows themselves were defective.

I especially want to recognize Deb, who advocated on my behalf and arranged for an upgrade to my Patio Enclosure because of the difficulties I had experienced. I truly appreciate her efforts and the company’s willingness to make things right.

While the process was frustrating at times, what matters most to me is how the company ultimately responded. They listened to my concerns, continued working toward a solution, and stood behind their product. I am extremely pleased with the final resolution and couldn’t be happier with my Patio Enclosure . It truly is my favorite place to be!
