Very professional and fast install. They knew what they were doing.

I am a returning customer and this time was definitely a disappointment. My order was delayed with no initiation of communication. I always had to reach out to learn the status of my order. Installation - one door does not feel as if it was installed correctly as when I step on the frame it bows. The other door was mismeasured and the solution was to install some 2x4/ to make up the difference. I’m disappointed that I could have gotten a little bit bigger door but also the 2x4s see were mine, they were not prepared for this installation error and I fear had I not had some 2x4s on hand what would have happened? Are those 2x4s appropriate or will they rot and I’ll be having to replace the door again very soon? It’s just an overall horrible experience and I don’t think I will choose WW in the future.

Everyone has been very knowledgeable, courteous, and informative. This made for a smooth building process from start to finish.

I would highly recommend Windows World Out of the 5 estimates that I got they came in $2000 lower than everyone else. The install work quick accurate and it was all done in one day 10 windows unbelievable job well dpne

Quality windows for a good price.

Our building process was very stressful. AHP did not accurately estimate the site work costs, or the actual height of the crawl space needed, nor did they accurately assess the slope and drainage requirements at the home site so that our budget was accurate. This led to our budget going way over to be able to complete the project due the increased grading and foundation costs. Additionally, the two graders that AHP used/recommended caused us major problems and our grading and gutter work turned out to be a mess. We spent tens of thousands of dollars on grading work that failed and did not stay secure in the weather and 4 months after moving in we still have gutters that do not flow and backup at the foundation due to extremely poor quality gutter drain installation. During the build AHP left the full burden of dealing with the grader on us and did not step in to help when the work done failed. The grading situation caused us and continues to cause us enourmous stress, we lost thousands of dollars and still have a mess of a property that continues to get further destroyed in every rain storm due to the terrible quality work of the grader(s).

Make sure the windows are free of defects before installing them and having to make a return visit.

Little upset no one from bee window reached out after the job was completed. For the amount of money would’ve like someone to do a walk around answer questions etc. the installer did and did a great job, very unsatisfied with the sales, basically after I signed the paper all communication was done.

I liked that there was a Ben Standley to help assist with everything. He explained the process and did follow up
