It was simple and easy from start to finish, even with three toddlers begging for attention.

I was laid to be the sales person off the bat which pressured us into ordering doors day off because of what we were told lengthy time lines for ordering only to get called less then half the time told to be installed. Door was measured incorrectly to add on which means we are missing a storm door for unknown period of time.

Get a install manager who follows through with installation issues without the customer having to visit the headquarters location to file complaints.

I purchase a 14 by 10 room. Ended up 12 by 10 due to some electrical boxes on back of house. They only took 500 off price. I feel ripped off. Every thing else turned out good.

After 2 people measured, all my windows were wrong and had to be remade.

I keep calling trying to get someone out here to fix the leaks since day 1 nobody calls back it's ridiculous

Wonderful experience!

It would be unlikely for me to recommend Patio Enclosure to any family or friends. After finding out the pricing/cost most of my friends and family would think that I'm either rich or crazy for paying what I paid. I was quoted a new Lexus for a 192sq back porch to be enclosed and I already had my own existing roof from the get go.

Our construction was begun in the middle of December and never completed till the first week in March

I've been waiting for more than 3 months for my windows to be complete and I get no communication from them

Would not recommend at this time. They finished our job on Feb 11th and still have not returned to correct the issues. Their follow up and follow through is greatly lacking.

It took multiple crews over 4 weeks to get job done. Plus we have a total of 13 boxes of unopened material that wasn’t used which leads me to believe I was over charged for the project.

The caulk work on the windows is sloppy and debris was left in the yard, in my bedroom ,and in the bathroom.

Train and hire your own installers in house. Using subcontractors just causes trouble. You are putting YOUR REPUTATION on the line.

For those looking for an enclosure, this worth looking into.

Home improvement projects can be very costly and are a considered purchase. Champion explained the various options and discussed available discounts and financing options. Installation was conducted professionally and the crew was great. Follow up call/visit after installation was appreciated to make sure there were not issues.

Professional, worked to make it fit what financing we received. Time schedule was right on time for what we were told.
