I have already given a referral to my brother-in-law.

Multiple trips to the town to discuss issues with permits. Major delays in the project. Multiple missed project completion dates, multiple changes to client advocate teams (3) and each time I felt I had to explain what was happening with my project as there was no internal project turnover completed. I hired patio enclosures, but most times I felt like i was working with 3 different companies (Patio Enclosures, Clint at Mach 1 and Felipe as the installer)

The guys did a great job except protect my Stamp Concrete. They put down chloride salt after I explained I used rocksalt, that rocksalt doesn't hurt my stamp concrete stain.

The Champion folks stayed in constant contact while our sunroom was being installed and we couldn’t be happier with the finished product!

I will recommend Patio Enclosures because they an outstanding job. They know to the homeowners. They how to fix problem if any arise.

Overall a great experience. Everyone was friendly and professional.

The Laundry Room window was made too large and needed to be remade resulting in a 4 week delay in finishing the job. The replacement window lower section tilt mechanisms are notably malformed and must be replaced, resulting in another 5-6 week delay in finishing the job.

From start to finish explanation, quality, and finish was superb, never will i let a contractor do my gutters from start. The life time warranty was also a nice touch.

I can now use my sunroom. It was only one pane of glass & too hot in summer & too cold in winter. So secure that house air conditioning cools the room & the a/c system not working overtime.

Job still isn’t completed. Been at it since March I think. Door handle installed upside down? Still waiting for them to correct it. First installers had no idea what he was doing, I finally just stopped him an told him to call his office. Then door was not aligned with the header piece, so to correct we just did away with that decorative piece of door. Then after finally getting the door hung I see the hardware for opening door is incorrect, meaning you have to raise the handle to open and close. Been about 2 weeks since I ol hem about that and still not fixed? They are checking with manufacturers? I think a 3 rating is a very good rating and I a being generous.

It's only rained hard once, today, so hard to tell but they seem like they're working well.

First, my neighbor referred me to your company. She didn’t know us, but still allowed me to come and look at her enclosure and showed me how windows and screens worked, and the insulation that was put under her deck, etc. I was told by Jason (my sales rep). That she would be receiving a referral check of $500. Now your company is trying to say it was a “self-referral” and that my neighbor (Lisa Sabol) will not be getting the referral check she was promised. Second, I requested the same installation crew that my neighbor had and was told that wouldn’t be a problem. But a different crew showed up to install it. They did fine, but it was not what I requested. Third, my contact, Samantha Gerardi was useless. I admit that I missed most of her calls, but I would leave voice mails or texts to return my calls. She never ONCE returned ANY of my phone calls.

Look of gutters on my home gave my home an updated modern look.

Very organized company, as we loved how well we were kept informed from when the windows were being manufactured to when they arrived at the company to when they were to be installed. The technicians who installed moved quickly and were very professional.
