My windows were improperly installed requiring the company to return and reinstall. Bathroom tile was chipped as well.

Would recommend so far. Too early to see a difference in rage cooler weather.

My first experience with Window Nation was good, when we decided to finish the rest of the house not so good. Two weeks after putting in our order we get notification that a HOA approval was needed, mind you we didn’t need that on the first set of windows. So after going back and forth for another week or so finally resolved it. Windows came and every screen was damaged, said I would not sign off on the job since it was not complete. Told I had to sign work order and would not be charged until job was complete, the sealant wasn’t even dried on the windows and I was charged! Now I have to wait until some time in December for my screens. Would give a 3 or 4 star if I was not charged like I told I wouldn’t be until job was complete!

They did everything in a timely manner, and it seemed like 3 weeks after they took the original offer and everything, they got out of here fairly fast. They did a good job, and I was satisfied with the building out around the windows and insulating. I was satisfied with them.

Windows were dirty upon install. Installers damaged our walls while carrying the windows up the stairs. Also left debris on the exterior of the house.

Window Nation was so easy to work with, everyone was very courteous and helpful. Once we made the decision to go with Window Nation, we didn't have to lift a finger. They handled everything from there and informed us of delivery and installation along the way.

They did great work, and the people that work for Window Nation stayed at the job until it was completed. The job only took two days.

All around horrible experience; the job taking multiple days when it was to be a one day job, to poor workmanship , to majorly disrespectful employees.

Our son had Window Nation install new windows in his house. That is how we heard about Window Nation. We really thought they did an excellent job.

The installers and salesperson were very professional. I liked the fact that the person who sold the windows cleaned up afterward, and everything was neat. He explained everything to me. They were gracious. The only thing was that I had to call to make sure the windows were thermal because the machine to test the thermal ability of the windows didn't work during the sales presentation. When I called, they told me the windows were thermal.

We are completely satisfied with our purchase from Window Nation and will refer to anyone to use Window Nation.

The guys was great very respectful good quality work and got the job done quick .

It's the poor communication to the costumer. They did not meet my expectations.
