Absolutely, I tried to get my brother to buy a house there as well, but they sold out.
It was an easy and seamless process, but found some difficulty with minor things like inability to contact anyone after closing.
Overall pretty satisfied; no major horror story issues - just a lot of minor problems that can snowball and add up. Things could have gone worse but I would have rather seen a more proactive approach towards providing complete information on the home, following up with home condition after move-in, and quickly resolving items that simply cannot be observed during a 30 minute punchlist walkthrough (MEP system functionality, appliance functionality, etc.)
I would highly recommend Starlight Homes to my family and friends. LaShonda was my point of contact and she helped me to find the best financial company due to my circumstances. I have also had a great experience with the builders. Brandye and her team has been very attentive and helpful from the beginning to the end. I am forever grateful and love my new home at Parkway Station Subdivision in Cartersville. Thanks

Honestly this is the first time we’ve bought a house and we had a lot questions and worries. Sam and everyone at starlight were amazing. Ryan was great at explaining every warrenty and process for doing things. They made buying a home so easy and it’s beautiful!

It was an easy, quick and painless process.

Starlight works fast and the project stayed on time which is great. Rick from the sales team and the contractor were great to work with. Professional, efficient yet accommodating. I do think at the time the prices for the homes were a bit higher and came with less amenities, less interior high quality finishes and items than other young and new constructions in other nearby communities by other developers… no garage opener, no refrigerator, all-in-one tub and shower bathroom installation instead or tiling etc, and no other community amenities… is worth noting. Too early to speak to build quality but so far (a couple months) no issues.
The house is absolutely beautiful. I am enjoying it from top to bottom. I am enjoying the home.

I was pleased with Mia Nowlin because she was very friendly, informative and helpful. We could call her any time of the day, and she responded promptly. The builder's need to pay attention to the details of the home. I shouldn't have to call to say they are scratches on the floor, cabinets off the hinges, or scratches in the tub. Eric did his best to arrange those things, but not everyone came, or they didn't come when they said.
There is a disconnect between modeled homes and finished homes. Quality control is lacking. Starlight seems to be unaware/inattentive of the finished product being delivered by contractors. Starlight has been willing to correct issues post sale. But this creates unnecessary revisits and repairs.
The process was exceptional; outstanding.

As a first time buyer I was concerned about the whole process, however the Starlight Homes team did an exceptional work, they were always there to answer all my questions and they always went beyond my expectations.
Very good quality of suppliers and the good thing is they deliver what they promise,the amenities or upgrades are limited but a basic shell house is good and team responds well for your quries.
I would recommend them to friends and family because they are a good company.
I had a good experience dealing with the sales representative. She was very informative and helpful, even after the closing on the house. We had some things going on while I was renting the house, and she was always very prompt with answering my concerns. I was appreciative with the way she was prompting me with whatever I needed help with.
Make sure your final walkthrough is conducted by a person that knowledgeable of home construction.
