Southeastern Roofing and Construction is a family-owned-and-operated roofing and construction company based in the Tampa/Brandon area. Brothers Ed and Mike Kappaz, who own and operate the business, have hands-on experience in all phases of the roofing and construction industry – from roof installations and repairs to estimating and managing the crews and field operations. They also have an extensive background in both residential and commercial new construction and remodeling. Cohen Bryan is the field superintendent and handles inspections and repairs for our larger clients and property managers, as well as some of our residential customers. Cohen, Ed or Mike handle initial inspections and site visits with all of our customers.
We also have a dedicated office staff who handle all the behind-the-scenes operations. Gloria Bolden manages and oversees our internal operations, Lauren Boyer schedules initial inspections, and Terry Ledford works hand-in-hand with customers guiding them through the roof installation process.
To ensure the highest quality of service, all of our crews work directly for Southeastern Roofing and Construction. We do not use subcontractors. Hide

From start to finish Southeastern Roofing was on their A game. I shopped several companies comparing pricing. Southeastern was not the lowest price, they did have the best value and Customer Service. In sales myself I appreciated that Kip the sales rep followed up and didn't make me feel like I was buying a used car. My roof was completed in one day! I was told by my neighbors that the crew was working like a synchronized orchestra! She had never seen such efficient work before and she is in the construction industry. If they had taken the dumpster I would never have known they were there....of course except for my beautiful new roof.

I had a very positive experience from the time I met Mike, Southeastern's sale rep, till my job was completed. They replaced the roof on my home as well as my shop. Mike was very good at listening to what my problems and concerns were and took care of them all. They not only did a great job on the roofs but also took care of my landscaping and the brick paver walkways around my home. Great job at a fair price!
