We were really disappointed with Sentry. Once we signed a contract, communication was really poor. They sent teams to do work without communicating when they were coming. They never checked the quality of the work. Our roof was replaced, and we had to ask multiple times for them to file the warranty with OC. We requested multiple times to have an additional square of product in the event that we need repairs in the future, and they never complied. They also tried to charge our insurance for additional work and product that were unwarranted.

Areas Of Satisfaction - He was very professional at our initial meeting. He brought product information, professional license information and references. He knew his products, and after hearing our needs, was able to explain clearly how Sentry would be able to meet those needs.

Very efficient and explained everything they were going to do. My husband even went up on the roof with them so they could explain what they were going to do.

The staff was professional. Everything was on time. They arrived when they said they would and completed work as agreed upon and in a timely fashion. The crew thought it may rain, so they stayed late to make sure the backside was finished and that the front was completely covered with tarp.
