Well I would definitely recommend to a friend, and when it finally got installed, it was a good install. There were a few issues but nothing to raise alarm over. The installers were Mexican, and the ones working here couldn't understand a lot of English, but as time went on, we could understand each other better. The owner had a family problem and was gone for a week, but when he got back, everything was straightened out and was fine.
I think I received excellent quality products for my money. It was reasonably priced, and well installed.
Our technician from RAMCO Home Improvements was very knowledgeable and extremely friendly. He was easy to work with.
I don't know how much I can trust them . I would hate to recommend them to someone when I feel that I can't trust them.
Les was very knowledgible about the product and my needs. The delay between the initial measurement for the windows on the sales day and the follow up measurement for fitting size was slightly longer than planned due to heavy business for Ramco. The installation was also slightly behind what we were told to expect, again due weather and high business for Ramco. The work crew was polite and friendly, and took care to protect the house and contents while installing and cleaned up behind each installation. They did not reinstall all the blinds/shades and return all furniture to its places after the installation, which they and Ramco told us they would do. The windows were installed in 1 day and had the weather proofing done in one day, but the vinyl/tin wrapping on the outside was not finished the same day. We were told they would be back to finish the next day-a Wednesday afternoon, but it it was Saturday morning before they returned and finished the outside.The finished look and quality are very good, and other than the delays in installation and finishing, we're very happy with the product. All the Ramco and install staff were very helpful, friendly and polite throughout the process. The only reason I am not very likely to recommend Ramco to a friend is the delays. Some delays in business are uncontrollable and understandable, but I was not happy with the excessive delay in finishing and the replacement of inside shades/blinds/furniture which I did while waiting them to return.

I had several people come out and give me estimates, but the Ramco salesman was very knowledgeable and told me things about windows that I didn't know and the others didn't tell me about. Their price isn't the cheapest but their windows are the best. The windows are well worth the price. They were on time, did what they said they would do and cleaned up before they left.
