Very pleasant clean up when they were finish

They took time with me to explain the process. Eric was honest and trustworthy. The workers worked very hard. The clean up afterwards was great. I was very impressed.

Window Nation was exceptional and professional. My wife and I could not be happier with the results. The installation people were professional, courteous, and helpful.

It was not a seamless process.

We wanted our window replaced because we are remodeling and the kitchen counter will be on the front wall. We made it clear that we will be reusing the old window to put in our garage. The sales person made a note of that, but did not let the installer know. They broke the window and the frame. It cannot be salvaged.

Finished in less than a day, and cleaned up very good.

I wanted the exact same windows that were installed two years ago.

It seems a different window was actually installed as the originals show 8401 on their stickers and the ones just installed list 7400 and have a different external appearance?

They were very nice, friendly, professional, and welcome you like you have known them forever.

$25k order- crew almost left without installing covers for tracks on two windows, almost forgot to install two screens, one window is missing the handle to open it which is now 3-6 weeks away from being ready for repair so will need to take another day off work.

Incredibly nice people, easy to work with, and did a great job installing the new door.
