They did exactly what they said they would do and in the timeframe that they said. I can't complain.
While the end result was satisfactory, what it took to get it there (filing a complaint with BBB) was unsatisfactory. I would give it one star based on first go around with Integrity - but I gave it two because the did fix it, eventually.
I think they have a lot of departments, which are good and professional. They don't seem to communicate well between themselves.

Had 4-5 different pool techs in a 6 month period. Sometimes they would come on Saturday (when we use the pool), so useless. Service department is incompetent and I had to fix my lights myself because they couldn't figure out how. Final service they totally unbalanced and saturated the pool resulting in weeks of white residue. Worst pool service provider I've ever had or heard of.
I was only with them about a year, but I could not recommend them as a pool service.

I was really looking forward with them until our month project turned in to a four or five month project. Everything that could have possibly gone wrong, went wrong.
Integrity Pools damaged my property. They've somewhat fixed it, and now they are sending me a bill for fixing what they've damaged.
They are very quick to respond and have helped us get our pool back up to good pool quality status!
The service technician has been inconsistent. There have been four different technicians in a six-week period.

We have been using Integrity Pools to perform weekly maintenance for about two months now. Patrick, our technician, has been great. Does a great job keeping our pool cleaned and us well informed.
Service technician is inconsistent and does not arrive on any sort of schedule. One day, he sat in front of my house for an entire hour until I finally walked outside and asked if he was okay. He made up some excuse and finally serviced the pool. No wonder he's always late!
I would not recommend this company to anyone. Their service is sloppy and incompetent. They don't show up on time and when they do they leave the lid off the skimmers.
pool cleaner is supposed to come on Friday. This past week, no one came, the week before they showed up late on Saturday.

Techs weren't completing the advertised checklist: not brushing properly, not emptying the pool sweeper, and couldn't balance the chemicals properly because all they know to do is dump excessive chlorine into the pool each week.
I did not have repair work done on my pool. However, I do use the weekly pool cleaning service. I am pretty disappointed in the pool cleaning service. On the first trip, the person spilled chemicals on my lawn and killed a 3ftx4ft spot. They did come out to repair it by replacing the burned grass with turf. Unfortunately with our drought, it hasn't grown back.
There was a miscommunication with the tasks performed at my level of service. I believe I was told that on the first tier of service they emptied pool cleaner nets and skimmers. They don't. They just adjust chemicals. Also, the pool guy left the pool timer doors open. We haven't had rain so nothing was shorted out or any damage done. It was just lack of detail.
For the nearly $200/month, I think I'll add my own chemicals since I'm already cleaning the other items.
Trent does a fantastic job cleaning our pool. It's the cleanest it has ever been. And I love that we can alter our cleaning plan in whatever way we need to and any time.

I don’t feel valued as a customer. I’m a new customer and trying to give them a chance. To reach customer service you always get a voicemail and replies to an email are SLOW.
Service just started in June and am pleased. Hopeful the quality service continues.

Every technician has been super friendly and helpful. They are extremely knowledgeable and do a fantastic job each week.

They are consistent with their service and have good communication. I don't have to stress knowing when they are coming with having dogs. I like that they have that slip they leave me with at the end for what needs to be done.
I had a lot of trouble with my pool, and it was in bad condition. They came out and assessed the situation. It did take a while, but they did address it. It looks beautiful now.

Nothing wrong in particular, but I just rarely refer anymore. I have been burned before by vendors that do amazing work for me and then it goes south with who I refer to. Nothing to do with you or your work.
My pool is just never clean. Even after the technician leaves the pool remains dirty. He just does what he says he’s contracted to do and then goes but the objective of leaving a cleaned pool is never met.
They've always been professional, friendly, and have informed me of any delays. They came when they said they would.

I am new to using a pool service so don’t really have a comparison. I appreciate that I don’t have to deal with the testing and chemicals anymore.
My initial requests were 3: start pool cleaning service, repair pool light and small leak causing air in the lines and tile repair from the winter storm damage. Initial visit was fine and chemicals were added to the pool-3 weeks went by and no communication about cleaning service. The I was told that cleaning can’t start until repairs are done and that repair services are 4-5 weeks out. This should have been communicated day one. The only reason I stayed with integrity was the diligence of the tile repair person who helped me

Communication with the office staff has been difficult and it seems like the equipment repair and leak repair department do not communicate with one another.

The pool was looking great at first, which is awesome. It seems the pool cleaning guy only takes a quick 10 minutes and is gone. Seems like he is in a rush. I believe my service includes a once a month pool vacuum which I think is at the beginning of the month. Don't think he vacuumed on this past Monday first of the month. Overall still looks good.
The tile work had to be redone 3 times, the woman who was supposed to help through the remodel was rude, unresponsive and blamed me the customer for their lack of coordination with the remodel team, she was then fired and the new person who took the account has been nicer but there still remains open items to be resolved months after the project started. My skimmer was clogged by the sloppy work and needs cleared and one of my spa valves wasn’t glued on and needs attached to the spa

Workers were competent but they no-showed 4 times before finally doing the job. Janet kept promising they'd show but the promises weren't kept. Because of the no-shows I would have some hesitation about using the company again. But they did get the job done eventually.
