Was overall disappointed with the experience versus what I paid. On the positive side, the salesman and the installation manager REALLY helped me get our windows installed after my dog completely broke my large picture window in the front room. That was great.
However, overall I’m just not so sure I’d spend the extra money if I had to do it again. The 2 installers didn’t speak English as their primary language and one didn’t speak it at all. This led to some miscommunication and confusion. The one who did speak decent English left at one point. I have no idea where he went or why. When the other didn’t speak English, and was at my house by himself, it made it a little awkward. I asked him where the screen was to the new large, sliding window was, and he told me I didn’t have any. Of course we had to communicate through a translation app so not sure he completely understood. I called the installation manager who told me I didn’t pay for a screen and those are extra. How do you spend over 3 grand on a window, that opens on both sides (vertically), and NOT have screens?!? Not only would bugs come in but it would be a safety concern with children (or dogs) getting out, or worse, burglars getting in. As the installers were wrapping up, they put screens in, which just made me that much more confused.
The other window I had replaced was a window with wooden trim in the shower of the bathroom. The reason we wanted it replaced was because of the wood rot. We were told the rotten wood would be removed and a new, frosted window would be put in. This was the reason we decided to get this window replaced too. Well, most of the wood was removed. The rest of the wood just got caulk out over it. So irritating to spend this much money and not get what we wanted/paid for. Very disappointed that a company that prides themselves on customer service would drop the ball like this.
We had a great experience with our huge bay window and nothing but problems with our patio door

I like my windows! But they aren’t what I wanted. Sale man sold the 3️⃣ windows I wanted 4, all to go up and down I got two up and down and one stupid slide . I want to raise all my windows! When I couldn’t get I tried to cancel and you were to charge me 30% to cancel. No no no I want recommend champion and your ethics all because I didn’t get a simple for one to pull up. Ain’t that a shame
From consultation to final product we were impressed! The demolition & install was done quickly & on schedule with very little disruption in our home.
Very professional and knowledgeable. Informed me of what to expect every step of way from purchase to final installation. Answered all my questions satisfactorily. Installation was efficient and looks great.
Very professional. Everything was done in a timely manner. I was kept informed of the process along the way. Could not ask for a better experience. The install crew came back the next morning to make sure everything was ok and even did some touchup painting in spots. A sprinklerd head was broken during installation that they found and called to my attention. Kleber was very concerned about it and wanted to pay to have it repaired. It was an accident which could not be helped. Accidents happen. I told him I had the parts to fix it and would do so. He wanted how much I would charge. I did not charge for a small repair. This guy was amazing about his work.
One of the screens is not in the frame tight, it has a a loose wave in it.
The installation was unsatisfactory
Customer service was horrific! No follow up or follow through .. quick to take my money, then dropped the ball thereafter! I will tell everyone in my circle of influence not to use champion
I withhold my final opinion until a technician comes in about 10 days. Also, I have not been given any answers to questions I posed in a previous survey submitted. This is a way to express my dissatisfaction but I was hoping for a dialog with someone in authority who can offer suggestions to fix my dissatisfaction.
Salesman mis-represented other products or did not have up to date information
The only reason I would rate them a six or seven is because I would not suggest them to anyone anyways.
Looks wonderful and brightens up the house. All involved, from salesperson to installers, we're very kind, knowledgeable and knew what they were doing. Cleaned around the house at completion.
UWD made every part of the sale and install super easy and quick. Installers did a great job.
The installers were very nice and did the the job in a reasonable time period.
The time between meeting with the salesman and installation could have had more updates. It was often hard to get a hold of the office because no one answered the phone.

Your company is very thorough and responsive. The youngman who put in my door was very professional and execting in his work. He answered all my questions. I was quite happy with my experience.
