They are high quality, and have an organized crew. They did a good job cleaning up. I would recommend them.

Five Star Home Improvement was very difficult to work with. They were very delayed. They were also delayed in fixing our mistakes by a year. I would not at all recommend them. They are really poor with the customer service. The front desk was fine.

The workmanship was very good and done quickly. The cleanup was excellent.

They didn't finish what they started, and I have to keep calling them and reminding them, almost as a favor. They were interested in the roof because it is a higher value, but not as much with siding and gutters. They came and pointed all those things out and committed to doing it, but they haven't come. Good start, but failed to complete the work.

We have recommended a couple of our neighbors already.

This company in my opinion did not professionally handle the contracted work. They did not effectively communicate with me regarding the job and I felt like my needs and concerns were not addressed adequately. I would not recommend this company.

I expect them to get the problem resolved that I have on my vent. I hope that they get it resolved, and then I can give them 4-stars all the way across.

They did a great job, very clean and neat. They came in did the work, and got it done, very proficient.

I was very pleased with Five Star Home Improvement. They answered all my questions. They had to do things on my garage before putting it on the roof and they were able to take care of it. I am very pleased.

They need to improve their communication as far as when the work will happen, what is being done, cleanup, etc. They also need to make sure the right number is put down for the product ordered.

They could not do part of the job because they cannot do flat roofs.
