This crew did a great job. They were on time, professional, efficient, clean, considerate, attentive to quality and stayed on budget. At the end, when the "boss" came to inspect the crew's work, they even made a minor adjustment for more effective drainage. The attention to detail was reassuring. We felt we were in good hands. These are the second gutters we have had installed on the house over many years, and we feel especially confident with the quality of materials and workmanship.
We were incredibly impressed by the attention to detail, the collaborative nature and coordination of each crew, and the pride in their excellent work skills. I can't imagine that any of the other firms we received quotes from would have delivered such an extremely high level of work and product so smoothly. DiGiorgi doesn't skimp on anything - materials and crews who know what they are doing. We felt so confident in our choice of DiGiorgi right from the start, because they thought through the jobs so much more thoroughly than we did, ensuring that there would be few, if any, surprises and additional costs. It was stress free and we feel like we have a new house!

LeafGuard of Southern Connecticut was professional and showed a lot of expertise. They did the job on time and efficiently. We had a delay due to rain but that was not their particular problem. We are very pleased with the project and pride. We have had several heavy showers of rain since and we feel good about it. We love how it turned out and it looks very professional, thank you.

The work was completed, but less than pleased.I expected much better job from DiGiorgi.The window was not built the same size as the original, as they promised. So the sheetrock needed to be fixed.The first window was ordered without grids inside, and DiGiorgi would not fix it until I persisted, then the 2nd window came in with the grids, but the wrong color. Had to be re-made 3 times.The install was just as bad. The installers removed the siding from my house and TORE off the old trim and molding into multiple broken pieces. When I asked why they did that they said, ‘well you didn’t tell us to save it’. I said, ‘well you never asked!’. How dumb, perfectly good molding and trim destroyed. Then when they realized the window didn’t fit, they just got in their truck and left the vinyl siding all over my lawn. As they were leaving my husband saw them, and yelled to stop the truck and put the siding back on the house before they leave! They were not coming back for at least 2-3 weeks with the new window they said, and they were just gonna leave the removed siding all over my lawn!Now they come back with the correct window, finally, 2 months later. The trim work was horrendous. If I could attach pics I would. Incorrect cuts, mistakes, and because the new window was not same size and shape as the original, the trim was forced into place and looks horrible.I don't blame the installers as much as I blame Marvin for their work building the windows and trim. The trim should have been pre-fit to the window at the factory. The installers had to work with what they were provided.Also don’t believe it when they tell you that this Everwood stuff stains just like real wood. IT DOES NOT. Took me forever to get it the same color stain as my other windows and trim.
They listen to my concerns and took action in the proper manner and the end result is there work is in my words very professionally installed
The supervisor who is on site I think his name was Sam was meticulous and did a great job listened he created a diversion that him and I spoke about and it worked perfectly so I hope I’ve answered your question can’t say enough about the professionalism of the work and his understanding of what needed to be done I do hope I’ve said his proper name I’m sure you can check the list also ben the sales person
