Actual product is good. Installers seemed rushed. Didn't finish the job, though they said they'd come back to do it. Not a business of their word.
High cost, had to haggle with the salesperson to get a reasonable price. Poor quality of work and customer service, my storm door is still not fixed, it’s been months!
Project took 3 months longer than what I was told by the sales rep and what was in the contract. They didn't even get the permit! Had no siding on half my house for 2 weeks!
The salesperson was great came with samples of windows so we knew what we were buying. And was knowable about windows
Before you get my check everything is great. Your sales people are very nice and helpful. However I’ve been waiting for a replacement window panel for months with no help or callbacks from champion.

The crew that installed our new siding overall did a good job; however, their caulking ability leaves a lot to be desired. I would never have this crew do caulking.

My window replacement was because of a hail storm and was covered by insurance (so I thought). When I contacted you to get an itemized bill to submit to my insurance ( required by my insurance ), I was told that you never give out itemized bills for your products. The price I paid to you was 10 times what the insurance would allow even with the buy two get two free (deal) I was given. You are way over priced and will not document for me what the prices are for. This is a huge red flag for me that you know you are way over priced and are not willing to back up why you charge this amount for your products and installation costs. I will never use your company again nor will I recommend you to anyone. In fact I will tell anyone that will listen to never use your company and explain the above reasons to them in full detail.
Follow up is non existent. We ordered windows that had squares in them and received windows without squares. I called several times and after being promised the sliders with squares, I never heard back.
All along the way I have had to send reminders for updates, and I am still waiting on a replacement window and have asked for updates multiple times and have not heard anything. I am pretty unimpressed with champion as a company. the only people I have been impressed with was the installers.
Worst experience I have ever had with a contractor. Took way too long, poor workmanship, quality of product doesn’t align with the cost.

We liked the installers and how professional they were. We never received a call concerning our free trip promised at time of signing.
Lack of communication from ANYONE as the project proceeds. My contract was signed in July. You all seem to have a SCHEDULE when I am to pay. Now that I'm being told all of my materials are in no one can seem to give me a SCHEDULE as to when the project will start. This is bad business. When my sliding door was installed they put it on on the wrong side and DAMAGED my less than a week old new flooring that has yet to be resolved. The door waa finally installed properly the following week but that was my time that was wasted not to mention that the 1st crew didn't even put a handle on the screen. OVERALL, at this point I am extremely regretting even contracting Champion for this project. I am paying for this with my hard earned money nothing is being financed and it's quite obvious you all could care less about being responsive to your customers concerns. I don't expect to hear anything back about this as I'm sure this is just something sent hoping to only get stellar reviews and to continue to be dismissive of the negative ones.
Not fulfilling your commitment

You may NOT want to hear my comments! I signed the contract on 7/31/25. Windows installed 9/25/25. There were problems with 4 of the 4 windows. I have been waiting for the corrected windows since they were re-ordered on 10/20/25. Now it looks like they won't arrive until the holidays! Today being 11/26/25. Customer service is horrible. Except for Rod Lacheney. I have spoken to two regional mgrs; Michael Smith and Al Norton. I asked for compensation (a credit), since the problems were mishaps with ordering and workmanship. Their response basically; "No".
Installation was a nightmare this time. They did not properly install the windows the first time. Had to come back out and remove and reinstall windows. Third trip was to cleanup caulk left behind from installation. I’m still not happy with the results but the windows are fine.
Sales rep was very professional, and offered varying alternatives to our window concerns.
When the work actually got done, it was quality work. Every. Single. Other. Step of the way was such a colossal screw up, especially for the price point, it was unacceptable.
We have a window that was damaged when it was installed. We were told that would be replaced over two months ago. Then, they "forgot" our screens for our big front window at installation. THEN, we were told that they were never made...THEN they were coming...two months later and we still do not have them. So...what is the actual truth??? We were unable to open our front windows for a lot of nice days. We contacted our salesperson, who sent us to someone else, who sent us to someone else. NO ONE is helping. This should have been taken care of immediately. This is AWFUL customer service.
My house was left a mess and I had to hire a cleaning service to come and clean up sawdust and wood chips along with plastic trim pieces that were left on my Persian rugs and under the furniture. Chips were knocked out of my window frames and not patched. None of the furniture was move back and the picture window vertical blind was left laying thrown across my living room sofa and not refund. My husband and I are both handicapped, Champion was not our lowest bid but we gave you the job because both the salesman and the person that came out to measure assured us that the job would be done right and everything would be put back in the end. This did not happen. I will be contacting the BBB.
The three lovely gentlemen who did the work were better than wonderful!
I ask for a paper invoice to be mailed to over a month ago and I’m still waiting.
You are relentless in contacting the customer. I must have received 3-4 emails a day from Champion.
Quality of employees and products
Job was fine except the electrical. They installed a 15 amp breaker for all electrical. I have a 15 watt heater in the sun room, that just leaves 300 watts for everything else. The receptacles should be on a separate breaker from the lights. Marcus even said it shouldn't be that way. The electrician said they could install a 20 amp breaker if so directed. After several attempts to reach both of them, they refuse to call me back. Fix this please so I can write a super review about the project. Thanks Bill Lee

It has been over 2 and a half years and I STILL do not have my screens fir my windows that open, so I have not been able to open them at all! The sliding door came in scratched and imperfect in the glass, I have been waiting for a new one as well.
Sent one guy to do a simple screen enclosure. Guy worked half days (if that) and took two weeks to finish, except it wasn’t done correctly. Door wouldn’t close properly and it didn’t look finished. Called my sales person over a dozen times with no response. I went with champion to insure a quality addition to my home. If I wanted to chase a local guy for two weeks to finish an easy job, I would have saved thousands. Instead I got to do it for three times what the job is worth.
