Everyone we talked with from Champion was professional, kind, and polite. Derrick was thorough in explaining everything from how the windows are made to the warranty.

The men who installed our windows did a fantastic job even though it was freezing outside. They were fast and efficient.

I will definitely recommend Champion Windows to anyone who is looking for replacements.

I was charged in full before the windows were delivered and installed. I made the first payment at the time I placed the order, then another payment when they were measured, then a payment when they were ordered, as stated in the contract. I was charged the final two payments the day before the windows arrived at my house. I followed the contract, Champion did not. Once I discovered what had been done, I called, I was told only two people were working because it was Halloween and everyone else had taken the day off. So, I called and disputed the charge on my credit card. I told the person on the phone I was reporting it to my card company since there was no one to help me, he said he understood.

Once the windows were installed several of the screens were puckered. Derrick came out and tried to repair them, he wasn’t able to do it so he ordered replacement screens. I’m waiting on those screens.

The salesman and the contract stated that the windows would be removed from the premises. However, they were dumped in the construction dumpster my contractor had brought in for the renovations he was doing. I will now have to pay for the windows to be disposed of for the second time. When I contacted Derrick to let him know about the windows being left in my dumpster he said they would come get them. Most of the windows were covered with construction debris and could not be removed. Derrick offered me a $75 gift card, I told him I wasn’t reporting all of these things to get something for free, that I only wanted what I paid for and that Champion should be more concerned to make this right and stand by their contract. He didn’t respond.

I am so disappointed in the salesman who sold me a contract that I followed and Champion did not. All in all I want Champion to know that I wish I had purchased windows with another company, this has been a very unpleasant experience.

The installers arrived on time and were very professional. They had all 15 windows installed in about 4 hours . It was a pleasure to watch them work . They were a great team who really seem to enjoy working with each other. The quality of their work was outstanding

The on site PM could pay more attention to what is happening vs trying to sell me more windows.

Clean up the exterior better (no nails/screws left behind), Would have like to review all items prior to install to ensure everything was as ordered (I forgot to do this until after things had already gotten under way, and learned that the wrong lock set was sent).

Very poor business office

The doors are yet to be completed. The door to one unit was left incomplete, and installed without the correct door. It's November 14th 2025, and still nothing from Champion although they have been paid in full.

I love my new windows. The install crew came in and went to work. they cleaned up after themselves.

We are happy with the product so far but truly only time will tell the quality of a product.

Lack of customer service

The windows were in Phoenix but took a couple of weeks to get them installed in Tucson, AZ.

Replacing patio door has been great experience throughout. This door needed replacing for more than a decade when competitors like Anderson failed to deliver. But Champion made it simple! Love our beautiful new door and whole process was simple and hassle free!

Excellent work, quality and real craftsmanship

The doors were way more expensive than the one we had put in the back. That one needed the opening cut larger to fit a standard size door, needed concrete poured for the step and needed to be completely reframed.

Quality of product

Two windows were sent with the wrong grids flanking a center window with the proper grid pattern. These windows are prominent on the front side of my house and look unsightly. I was told I could hold final payment of$2k until the problem was resolved and now I’m being hounded for “late” payment! Seriously finished the job…and I’ll pay my bill!

Price in general is high. Pressure to buy on initial appointment rubs negative like the push to buy time share.
