The repairs were done quickly.

Sara West did an excellent job. Also, there were the guys who actually did the work--the subcontractors--one was SV Valdez for the Roofing, and the other one, L and A Gutter Enterprise. They were doing the downspouts and gutter replacements; the subcontractors also have a very high level of customer commitment and customer satisfaction.

There was no notification of when the work would begin. They just showed up with no notice.
Its a horrible company to deal with. They got my deposit. Showed up with out calling. Then when they actually got done it looked like crap. They had to come out to fix it.

The skylight leaked the first time. I called them and they came out within two days and did a complete repair around the skylight. There were no issues after that. I appreciate the way that they quickly came back out and repaired the skylight and the leak.
I was a little disappointed because I told them to come and pick up some stuff that they left and it took them almost a month. When they did my roof, they left my TV cables hanging off the side, so I had to put that back up. On my swamp cooler, they damaged my water pipe and broke it. The stuff behind my downspout was broken too, but they replaced it.
ADHI was communicative and real. I was skeptical at first due to the insurance claim but they were true to their word and did all the right things.
They knew what they were doing and they did it at a very good rate. They did the job like they were supposed to because they knew what they were doing.
They did a fine job. I am very pleased with everything.

Be sure you read the contract and place all of your faith in the contract and not the salesman.
They only did half of the work that they told me would be done and they charged me the full amount. They didn't consult me on that at all.
