We interviewed several prominent Beaufort builders before selecting APR, LLC to build our beach home. Since this was our first home construction and also since we did not live in the state, we needed someone with the internal infrastructure as well as the web tools to enable us to monitor the job remotely with only a few onsite visits. From conceptual designs through moving in, Allen and his staff were on top of it!
Building a home over 600 miles from your primary residence can be worrisome but Allen and his team did a great a job. The workmanship and quality of what they build is outstanding, I am sure I could have built my home for less with another builder but I can't imagine that the quality of the end product would be anywhere close to what Allen does. We were very satisfied.
We could not have asked for a better experience. There was not phase of the building that was difficult. All those involved were so interested in making our house a home. We were treated with great respect and made to feel that our project was important. We are so grateful for our beautiful home and all those that have made it possible!
