We received a reasonable quote within reasonable time frame and the salesman we spoke with Lee Keselowski was professional, thorough and friendly. He stayed in touch with us regarding timing and the job was started and completed when he said it would be. All of those things lead up to us having a great experience. I would totally use Van Dam & Krusinga again and I would definitely recommend them to others.
They have friendly people, and they have quality service.
Project Manager Paul was very responsive and attentive. Errors made by initial worker caused floor damage, prolonging job and causing additional inconvenience. Project Manager Tony was not as responsive and attentive. Required multiple texts to receive response, job dragged out from late April or early May to Thanksgiving. Several ceiling tiles not attached properly, requiring return visit. Floor scratched and desk scratched when furniture moved during ceiling tire replacement. Floor refinished mid December. Tony emailed late January/February to say desk would need to be taken offsite to repair scratches. I’m not comfortable with that solution and need to contact Tony.
They did real good.

Their communication skills are horrible. They also try to scam you on pricing.

Their response was phenomenal, arriving the night we had the first after 10pm. The next day they were able to get our electricity turned back in so we could live there while they were mitigating the water damage.

This means that any reviews you see on a GuildQuality profile page are real comments left by the customer and verified by GuildQuality.

A customer is considered satisfied about about a question if they answered with 4 or more stars out of 5.
