They did a great job. Tough work on a 100 year old house that has been remodeled a few times.
The unit in the basement was put in slanted, and the people who installed it threw away the support to make it level. They should have reused it. I'm really concerned about the resale value of my house, because it's slanted.

They're punctual. They're polite and really pay attention not to carry any of the dirt and debris through the house. They did a big A/C repair for me. I would definitely give them an A.
We didn't have the best experience with them. The work they did was fine, but they weren't very easy to deal with. The people who they sent were great, but we had a problem with the owner. He was kind of yell-y and not good. They were installing a new HVAC system, a high-efficiency system. We'd used them before and they were great, but this time, things came in broken, and they were like, 'That's fine.' They had a hard time. The owner finally said he wouldn't talk to us at all, so he sent his other person to talk to us. We got several emails that were like, 'I'm really sorry for flying off the handle,' and then the next time, it happened again. I think their work is probably—the people that come to your house are great, but there's a lack of communication. They had to redo things a couple of times because the foreman wasn't there to tell them exactly where the vent was supposed to go, so they got really upset about that. One of the fans came in bent. I think the service end of it, their HVAC abilities, are good. It's just the customer service was difficult. I'd give them a B+ on quality of work and a D for customer service. Unfortunately, I can't recommend them.
They were very good. They came when they said that they would. The person that worked was very professional and very helpful. They had to replace a compressor with my air conditioning system. I would give them a B+. Quality of work was good. I believe that they came when they said they would. They knew their stuff. I'd recommend them.
