It was nice to deal with a company who treat their customers fairly. Scott was completely professional and arranged a quick visit by the installer when we would be around to meet, and he assured us that he would be doing the job. Everyone was very nice and professional. They worked very well as a team, and the installation crew was very productive and efficient. The crew did great team work and did a great job installing the panels.

Review of Fairbanks Construction by

The sales man was right when he suggested the kind of windows we have and he was right in the difference it would make on both the outside and inside of the house. He was very honest and patient and thorough with showing us everything. The difference it makes is shocking, it's like a new house.

We live in a condo and cannot attach anything to the outside of the building. We would like a patio cover or retractable awning. Is there anyway to do this?

Unfortunately we do not do any type of awnings. What i would do is call the HOA and ask them what they allow back there.
I have a 50 gal. gas Bradford water heater in my house that is almost 12 years old. I want to replace in the near future. What are my non-tankless options?
